Very helpful staff and good service in a convenient location near historic centre, restaurants and the main Granada's attractions. The description of the rooms could be better. I stayed in a room which was very small (with a window at the top). Apart from that, not that bad, but if I had had more information about the room maybe I would have chosen another hotel. |

The location of this hotel is terrific - still in town but on the access road to the Alhambra - about a 15 minute walk. The staff was friendly and so helpful in orienting us to places to eat, see, enjoy. Also great tips on seeing the Alhambra. The rooms were clean and comfortable. |

The location was perfect to explore the city and visiting the Alhambra. The staff were very friendly, helpful and informative. The room was not as clean as it could have been. |

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly. The position was great for visiting the Alhambra it was less than 15mins walk (uphill). It was also easy to walk to the main part of town and to Albayzin area. |

Attentive, courteous and multilingual staff. Clean rooms, quiet. Room very small, but we didn't go to Granada to sit in a hotel room. |

The hotel was located close to the main attractions and city communication; there was a complementary cofe and tea available every morning. The staff was very accomodating and speaking English very well. The bathroom was inconvenient and messy with the spen shower and sewer opening right in the middle of the room - smelly at times. |

It is brilliantly situated in the centre of Granada, very clean, comfortable beds, and ideal for accessing all the sights. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Limited surface areas to put things on in the room, but a minor issue and manageable for the 4 nights we were there. |

At first, staff is very friendly and kind. She gave us good information just after making reservation, and also gave city information in detail when we arrived. The room is compact, but it is very clean. The hotel is very close to the Al hambra. The breakfast is not excellent. If it is improved, the hotel would get much better reputation. |

Very helpful staff, booked alhambra tickets for us in advance. Also the position of the hotel is excellent, everything within walking distant, yet very quiet at night as it is situated on a traffic free street. Plumbing noises from other rooms; beds a bit on the firm side but OK. |

Excellent location. Quiet and comfortable room. Yes it is small (probably like a cruise ship cabin) but we found it more than adequate for two people with two suitcases and two backpacks. The standing wardrobe is fine, more storage capacity than some dressers in other hotels we have stayed at. The breakfast buffet is good value with a nice fresh selection. Very pleasant staff. |

The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There was free wi-fi internet in the room, plenty of common spaces for lounging or checking email and the small balcony in our room was awesome. The location is tremendous and it was a delight to stay. Really appreciated the free coffee, tea and milk too! When we arrived, the front desk agent told us we had been upgraded to a superior room, which we were delighted about, but it was definitely the smallest room i had been in on my entire travel through Spain. The shower was initially quite confusing as well. Despite the lack of room to turn around in I still thoroughly enjoyed it. |

Small modern, compact hotel, could not have chosen better, ideal location for sightseeing. Easy directions to car park, NO driving around Granada |
