The rooms were of a generous size,the staff exceptionally friendly and the food was excellent.I thought the hotel was good value for money and found the whole experience to be a relaxing one. Small as it may seem,the coffee was awful.The nightly entertainment was also only average. |

Alucinante que los clientes de menos de 4 noches no dispongan de minibar en la habitación (es lo que me comentaron en recepción). ni una triste botella de agua. lo comenté y me contestaron lo que comento aquí. ¿y quienes suelen estar más de 4 noches?: los extranjeros. Premio para el caballero!! Tan sólo hay que ver los horarios de desayunos, cenas y actividades para entenderlo. Después se quejarán de la macroeconomía cuando la mayoría de los de aquí somos microeconomía. |

Relacion calidad precio excelente. Servicio muy atento.cocina muy correcta. Buffet muy abundante y diverso. El buffet de noche cierra demasiado pronto para el turismo nacional. |

El desayuno buffet es perfecto, buenas instalaciones. Ibamos con niño de 2 años, y tienen muchos servicios para ir con niños, incluido guarderia, walkie talkies, cuna, tronas,... y te atienden muy rapido. Me ha encantado. Todo perfecto |

Heel mooi hotel! In combinatie met een all-inclusive arrangement een absolute topper. Alles is inbegrepen! We konden pas om 12u onze kamer in, dat was wel jammer. Dit werd wel goed opgelost, we konden alvast gebruik maken van het ontbijt buffet. |

connexion wi-fi gratuite même dans les chambres, quasi toutes les chambres ont vue sur mer (éviter le premier étage qui en fait est au rez et n'offre donc pas vue sur mer), les chambres sont grandes et agréables, grande salle de bain. Très bel hôtel et beau jardin. La nourriture du buffet n'est vraiment pas bonne, surtout le soir. Le matin, plus ou moins correct, mais les amateurs de bon café, s'abstenir! Pas testé le midi. Cependant la demi pension ne coûte que 3 € par jour en plus que la version p'tit déj seulement, donc ça vaut quand même la peine de la prendre pour les fois où on n'a pas envie de bouger le soir. Il n'y avait pas de piscine chauffée comme annoncé, à moins que ce ne soit celle du spa mais qui est alors payante :-( Dommage! |

De ligging (bij de jachthaven Puerto Calero), de architectuur van het hotel (mooi ingepland in de omgeving) en het prima hotelpersoneel maken dit hotel tot een absolute aanrader. |

A destacar el personal, muy amable y atento a cualquier detalle. Las instalaciones son increibles, el buffet bueno y variado. Es un hotel para descansar y relajarse. Es ideal para ir con niños. El spa, anunciado a todas horas, está bien pero los tratamientos son mejorables, en mi opinión no valen lo que se paga por ellos. |

Professionalità e gentilezza del personale, albergo di buon gusto e di classe, ottima anche la posizione vicino a Puerto Calero che è molto carino e non è molto distante neppure dalla spiaggia del Papagayo. Buonissima colazione. |

Zéér vriendelijk, correct en zéér beleefd personeel, zeer goede ligging in een prachtig decors, professionele en kwalitatief goede thalasotherapie. De kwaliteit van de matras van het bed was heel slecht.Het was een oude, doorgelegen matras, zodat ik elke dag met rugpijn wakker werd.Je lag in een uitgezakte put, op de plaats van het lichaam en de veren in de matras kraakten en staken langs alle kanten in het lichaam, in plaats van het lichaam te ondersteunen. Een tweede minpunt was het lawaai overdag van de bouwwerkzaamheden nabij het hotel. |
