We loved the location of this place - within walking distance of everything in Port Alcudia. The beach was only a 5-min walk; and the main port area was about a 20-min walk along the boardwalk. It's only about a 45-min drive from Palma, so if you rent a car you can get everywhere you want to be without having to get up early on your holiday. The price was really good for what we got and all the essentials were provided in the kitchenette... Except the coffee maker and dish soap. The apartment set-up was one bedroom (with two twin beds) and a living room with two day beds, so it would sleep 4 quite comfortably. Any more than that would be quite tight. We were there during the latter part of November (were the only guests in the entire place) and it was quite cold in our room. The heaters/AC units didn't really work very well, so the room was constantly cold. There were a couple of extra blankets in the room, but it was not quite enough to ward off the chill. One minor thing was that the hot water ran out in the evenings... Which exacerbated the 'cold' situation if you wanted to shower (best to take morning showers when there seemed to be plenty of warm water). |

Nice location: not noisy, close to the town center and the beach, mostly families and couples. May be anti-moskito nets on the windows would be good and towels dryer in the bathroom |

Very nice little apartmenthotell. Good location, friendly and helpfull staff. Our kids loved the pool. Could be good to inform about openinghours for reception. I would have preffered included babycot in the price. |

Das Hotel liegt in ruhiger Lage sehr nahe an einem schönen Strand. Es ist eigentümergeführt, was sich sehr positiv auf die Freundlichkeit und die Motivation beim Umgang auswirkt. Durch die Lage des Hotels kann man prima Strandurlaub machen und gleichzeitig in der näheren Umgebung sehr schöne Ausflüge und Freizeitaktivitäten durchführen. |

海に近く、スーパーも近い、キッチン附属が第一選択理由でしたが、問題なく使えました。 浴槽にはいるほど連続にお湯が出ない。高校生の団体がいたせいか、夜もうるさかった。 |

de verhouding prijs, kwaliteit was heel goed, de eigenaars waren heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, mooie ligging kort bij het strand, mooie verzorgde beplanting te weinig warm water 15 liter voor 4 personen en dan weer 20-30 minuten wachten alvorens opnieuw warm warm water |

Ett lugnt litet trevligt hotell, bra för barnfamiljer eller vuxna som vill ta det lite lugnt. Poolen ganska liten men med liten del för småbarn och låg direkt utanför rummet. Några lekgrejor för barnen. Tyst och skönt trots närheten till både stranden och restauranger/affärer. Dubbla ac som fungerade perfekt. Pentry med kyl, micro. Rent. Trevlig personal. Trevliga gäster. Många återkommande vilket är ett bra betyg. Vi kan klart tänka oss att boka samma igen! Nej. |

Hyvä sijainti, pieni ja rauhallinen. jatkoimme varausta alkuperäisen 5 pv jälkeen vielä 6 pv lomamme loppuun. Äänieristys on heikko, naapurista kuuluu äänet läpi. Onneksi oli rauhalliset naapurit. Internet-yhteys toimi vain ajoittain. |
