A nice quiet place to take the family. Close to big supermarket. Donna and Peter very friendly and helpfull. Good mixture of internatioal guests. Well linked with bus stop outside. No laundry service |

Perfect for us, away from resort centre. small complex with nice pool area, friendly staff and clean apartments, peaceful and quiet at night.We had a car which made our holiday.We visited Pollenca town and Port Formentor, Arta and the mountains. |

Staff were freindly. Pool was great. Rooms were clean. Proper supermarket just up the street. Aircon came at an extra cost (€6 per day). Not unreasonable but the site should state that. |

Storleken på lägenheten samt utformningen med två badrum var bra. Närheten till poolen gjorde att det var bekvämt. Poolområdet var dessutom välskött med mysig atmosfär. Närhet till busshållplats och matvaruaffär. Saknade kaffebryggare. Stördes ibland av musik från närliggande bar. |

Hotelin tunnelma oli mukava. Kaikki tarpeellinen oli helposti saatavilla. Hinta-laatusuhde oli suorastaan erinomainen. Espanjasaa toivoisi palvelujen olevan pääsääntöisesti espanjankielisiä eikä englanniksi. |

Molt ben conservat i confortable. Ideal per a families amb nens, ja que la piscina es molt a prop de l'apartament. Estat de neteja i manteniment del complexe correcte. Estic molt decebut del tracte rebut per part dels responsables del restaurant annexat als apartaments. Molt maleducats (fins i tot amenaces) i amb gens de paciencia vers als nens. No tenen programa d'entreteniment per a la mainada. Els encarregats del restaurant no entenen l'espanyol ni tenen la carta en espanyol. Hotel encarat als turistes nordics. |

El personal fenomenal , Ana es estupenda , aunque en la recepcion estaban un poco verdes por lo demas estupendo , las habitaciones amplias ideal para faimilias con hijos , , muy aseado y bien posicionado .La comida muy buena. Demasiados mosquitos tigre pero no es por culpa del hotel , tendria k haber un lado de mas fundaria en la piscina y haber un socorrista. |

La limpieza de las habitaciones y el mantenimiento de las instalaciones son perfectas. Si tengo que volver a este Hotel, tendrán que cambiar el personal del Bar-Restaurante, y mejorar la carta. En la parte inferior ¿Hay algo que no te haya gustado del hotel? no hay bastan te sitio para decir lo que paso el día de nuestra salida.... El gran problema que hemos encontrado ha sido el bar y lo que llaman el "restaurante". la carta estaba en todos los idiomas menos en español, no había ningún plato español ( paella, tortilla de patata, arroz brut, etc,...), lo que si hay es pizza semi congelada, espaguetis, etc... Hay un Karaoke que funciona cuando hay gente hasta las 1h de la mañana, si no consumes el rubio del bar note deja estar. Los que están en las habitaciones no pueden dormir y si le dices de bajar el volumen te contesta" cierra la ventana"La ultima noche nos reunimos en la terraza de unos de los apartamentos para despedirnos de nuestros madrileños y catalanes, esta noche el karaoke no funcionaba y la 12 de la noche el rubio vino y nos dijo que hacíamos demasiado etc |

Su ubicación, en un entorno ruidoso. En realidad es posible que el error haya sido mío. Sin embargo los huespedes alemanes e ingleses parecía que estuvieran encantados. La próxima vez elegiré un entorno rural. Mallorca: precioso. Volveré. |

Apartamento comodo para 2 parejas. Es necesario saber ingles para entenderte con el recepcionista/camarero. Esta en una zona donde es raro encontrar a un español. Necesita una pequeña reforma sobretodo los baños. |

es lo peor, nos cobraron la habitacion 2 veces y encima tomaron los datos confidenciales que dimos al realizar la reserva por booking, sin ningun tipo de consentimiento de la persona dueña de la tarjeta, que ni siquiera estaba en el hotel... Una verdadera verguenza, denunciable. |

Dat de kamers vrij ruim zijn, en je 2 badkamers hebt. de service was beneden alle peil, zeer onvriendelijk, Ze zeiden zelfs geen "dag"!! Dat vond ik echt erg! ik moest voor de airco een pak bijbetalen, dat stond niet duidelijk vermeld bij de informatie op de site!! De toaster, 1 kookplaat, + een lamp was kapot. De lamp werd direct gerepareerd, de rest niet. Dan ging de airco stuk de laatste dag, en omdat ik niet op tijd 'gereclameerd' had, kreeg ik geen enkele tegenvergoeding voor die dag. Er is ook geen enkele animatie voor kinderen voorzien! Het zwembad is zeer klein, wat op de foto's heel anders is en dus een verkeerd beeld geeft. bovendien was er tot half 1 uur à 1 uur, superveel lawaai, van een soort lunapark ernaast +een britse pub, met alle lawaai, muziek, en rumoer vandien... |
