apartment statt zimmer, essenauswahl, palmen und blumen, wir hatten schönes wetter und dann sieht alles viel besser aus.

das laute geräusch der saubermacher (in hamburg sagen wir dazu laubpüster) unangenehm.

Sehr vielseitiges Hotel, fast für jeden etwas. 24 Stunden eine Ansprechperson vor Ort. Gute Verkehrsanbindung.

Wertfach nur gegen Gebühr. Etwas betagte Einrichtung.

Aus Sicht Preis/Leistungsverhältnis für mich o.k. Speziell Neptuno II aus meiner Sicht kein Haus für längereren Aufenthalt.

Kücheneinrichtung mehr als spärlich. Sehr hellhörig/laut.

We were dreading staying here after the reviews we read but the reality is it is absolutely fine for the money you pay..It is a big resort which can be a bit off putting to some and you have to walk around alot, which we did not mind. Our complex was one of the furthest away but the pool area was great for the kids. The children, aged 12 abd 13 always had something to do..entertaiment, pools, shops etc.The meals in the restaurant were typical 3 star buffet..but again they reflect the price you pay..they were certainly edible if not what we would have chosen in a restaurant..if you want higher standards then eat out...The room we had was large, basic and clean..Lots of ants but keep food in fridge!!This sorted the problem.

Definately a lack of sunbeds around all the pool areas and again had to get up really early, 7.30am, if you wanted beds. Though I have always encountered this problem no matter where we have gone...Pool area was cleaned while we were there and there was no litter left around our pool. This was probably due to the fact that no one at our complex was all inclusive.The restaurant is certainly not big enough to acomodate all the guests but we found if you go early enough, both morning and night, then you do not have to queue..If you are all inclusive, which we we not, then you do have to queue alot for drinks at the bars on a night..the pay bar never had a queue..basically if you don't drink much don't go all inclusive!

I liked the nice view from the room to the lake and a mountain, and i also liked, that this hotel is a very family friend. And for me was very impress a little boat, which take a people to the beach during the day.

They should put there 1 or 2 more entrance gate, because get out from the complex took cca. 10 minutes.

it was very large and the grounds were nice....the pools nice and the view of lake pleasant

the building we stayed in ledra was on the main strip and noisy....the pools dint have enough sun beds you needed to be up at 7 to get one....wasnt full board but looked at the food and glad wasnt as very poor.....surrounding restaurants not much better ..great for for families but cnt imagine anyone without kids enjoying it

Good location and room. Can go with family or friends. Nice price.

Staff couldn't find our towels.

Value for money, clean apartment, plenty of booze!

Trevligt bemötande av receptionens personal som fanns tillgänglig dygnet runt. Fin miljö runt i området. Gamla stan var väl värt ett besök då det var marknad och utflykten till bergen var kanon. Vi hyrde bil hela veckan för att kunna åka var vi ville och det var väldigt bra. Lätt att hitta på ön.

Tyvärr så var det bara städning en gång på hela veckan och man fick då inte nya lakan och handukar. Tur var att receptionen var öppen då så att vi kunde gå dit och få både det och toapapper. Maten var ganska okej men vi skulle vilja ha mer rent kött alltså inte massa grytor och sånt. Det fanns att välja på men man tröttnar på maten då det är ganska likt sig alla måltider.

Byte av lakan inget.Byte av handdukar en gång.Toalettpapper för liten omfattning.Saknad av champo.Allt inclusive kunde vara mycket bättre.
