The hotel was nice, the rooms were basic but clean,i have to say i liked the hotel a lot. The pool and bar was lovely and the kids liked it which is important.I was nervous of going as i went on to trip advisor.com and read some of the reviews people gave.Thank god it was not like that for me or my family.The staff members were polite and courteous. I would book this hotel again . That you might have a life guard at the pool area. Also that the bar food should open all day not just certain times. |

No me ha gustado Nada, La limpieza, el trato y lo peor la Comida....por llamarle comida, el serivico de Buffet, patético...Bajas a las Nueve de la noche y quedan los restos...Deberían de enviar un control de Calidad..Todo esto...esta dicho por mi en la recepcion...y me comentaron, que esto solo lo tenia k hablar ocn ustedes...vamos con Booking... |

Jättetrevlig personal, framförallt i restaurangen. Familjär kännsla och bra aktiviteter för både barn och vuxna. Lugnt och skönt läge med fin utsikt och nära stranden. Desperat behov av renovering och uppfräschning. Vi hade halvpension som vi inte rekommenderar. Maten var dålig på gränsen till usel. Likaså städningen. Synd för hotellet var bra med mycket potential men det negativa drar ner betyget. |

El director y dpto. de recepcion. Fueron muy amables. Si, que cuando lo reservé la dirección no era la correcta. En su mapa lo sitúan en un lugar que no es.Hice un dia menos, tuve que irme antes. Se tendría que poder abonar. Soy su clienta de haces tiempo,siempre reservo con ustedes y creo que seria lo correcto. |

Kort väg till stranden men dock på fel sida om huvudvägen. Barnen gillade poolen. Vi hade balkong västerut utan störande ljud från trafik eller party. Utsikten var mot s'Albufera-sumpmarken (och ett kolkraftverk i fjärran ...) Om man får rum här billigt är det värt pengarna. |

Die Mitarbeiter der Reception waren sehr freundlich u. hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war ausreichend u. zum Strand waren es auch nur ca. 150 m. Das Hotel liegt ruhig in einer Seitenstraße. |

All inclusive, det var virkelig ferie, man behøvede næsten ikke at tage penge med, der var lækker mad, drikkevare og der blev gjort rent, fantastisk!. En ekstra dør i de værelser ved elevator og sofagruppe. Skilt der viser at værelset er parat til rengøring. Støjdæmpning i spisesalen. Større skift eller udvalg af retter i resturanten. |
