I liked especially the nice pools and the area around the hotel. I think the rooms are a bit old/used - they need to be fixed. |

Great for children, loads to do outdoor playground, kids pool, mini golf and mini disco every night Staff weren't very friendly, sheets were not changed in room all week, food not great in hotel |

Il s'agissait de l'hotel Gran Vista à Can Picafor. La balnéo, la qualité des appartements, les espaces verts et l'accueil. Peu de personnel parlait le français. |

Ystävällinen ja palveleva henkilökunta. Parkkitilaa vuokra-autolle. Hyväkuntoinen allasosasto ulkona ja sisällä, monipuoliset liikuntatilat. Siistit huoneet, hyvä ilmastointi. Pienet ostokset sai tehdä alakerran kaupassa. Netti oli aina vapaana. Sijaintikin hyvä (lintuharrastajalle erinomainen). Koko perhe viihtyi. Sisäaltaan yhteydessä olevat suihkutilat kummastuttivat ja naurattivat, niissä ei ollut mitään järkeä. Allas sinänsä oli hyvä. |

Das Hotel ist nicht mehr ganz neu, aber recht gut erhalten. Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Zum Strand 5-10 min zu Fuß. Ideal um die Nordhälfte von Mallorca zu erkunden (Mietwagen, Fahrrad, Bus). Das Zentrum ist auch zu Fuß schnell erreicht mit einigen schönen Lokalen. Hotel-Frühstück ist mit 12,-€ pro Person für unseren Anspruch zu teuer. In der Stadt und ausserhalb gibt es genügend Cafes in den es wesentlich günstiger ist. |

las instalaciones estaban muy bien sobre todo la piscina de relax permitia un descanso con respecto al ajetreo en la piscina principal en la que jugaba todo el mundo. Tambien el personal del hotel era muy amable. Habia momentos que la piscina principal estaba muy llena con la gente incluso jugando con raquetas y pelotas. |

La zona en la que está ubicado y las reformas exteriores de la recepcion y restaurante. Las habitaciones están muy deterioradas y viejas. Solo limpian las habitaciones 5 dias a la semana. No es un hotel tranquilo porque hay musica para extranjeros todo el día. Eramos los unicos españoles. |

Sijainti pyöräilymatkailijalle erinomainen, kaupunki ja ranta lähellä. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Huoneiden (studio) koko ja siisteys yllätti positiivisesti kuviin verrattuna. Käytävän äänet kuuluivat turhan hyvin huoneeseen. Sänky olisi voinut olla pehmeämpi, mutta toimi noinkin. |

Viva Tropic organiseerde dagelijks activiteiten en elke avond was er een optreden van 21:00-22:00 uur; er was een enthousiast animatie team. Het hotel is ook goed ingericht voor (race-)fietsers en voor invaliden. Prettig was het binnenbad met sauna en het buitenbad (onverwarmd) was ook erg mooi, hoewel in april /mei nog te koud. De kamers zijn een beetje sleets en het meubilair is een beetje oud aan het worden. Het wordt wel allemaal goed schoongehouden. In eerste instantie werden wij in een klein appartementje gestopt met een klein balkonnetje op het oosten waar nooit zon kwam. Na enig aandringen konden we na 4 dagen worden overgeboekt naar een appartement met een groot terras en uitzicht op het zwembad. |

Alles werkte correct en het personeel was uitstekend. Veel sport mogelijkheden. Kortom alles was prima. Uitstekende prijs-/ kwaliteit-verhouding en ligging t.o.v. centrum. |

La gran atención y ayuda por parte del personal. El spa y piscinas, el hall del hotel. Diferencia de dimensions substancial entre estudio y apartamento. No hay utensilios de cocina para limpiarla (lo tiene que llevar el cliente), utensilios de cocina para cocinar muy justos( 2 tenedores, 2 cuchillos, 2 vasos,... 1 sarten pequeña, 2 cacerolas, y 2 tapas) todo y que al comentarlo lo solucionaron enseguida sin ningun tipo de problema. No havia extractor de humo en la cocina. |

Das Hotel ist wunderschön angelegt, toller Pool, schöne Relaxzone und extrem kinderfreundlich. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, schön und modern. Insgesamt bietet die Hotelanlage viele Möglichkeiten zum schwimmen, Sport treiben und entspannen. Alles in Allem ein sehr zu empfehlendes Hotel! |
