Excellent value for money.Small room no tv but very clean, Meals were plentiful but could do with hot veg. On dinner menu. Dining room staff were excellent.Xmas dinner was first class looking forward to our 3 nights for New Year. Not having TV-and not having the lounge bar with tv open at night. |

El desayuno estaba bien. Mala ubicacion, necesitas coche para moverte. Incluso para ir a cenar a puerto de la cruz. Mas de 30 min al centro. La habitacion es muy pequena, sin tv, sin nevera. Importante: saber que la banera (incluida en la habitacion) del cuarto de bano es como un plato de ducha, es decir, no conteis con la banera aunque esta escrito. Ntentar no pasa mas de 2 dias en este hotel. |

Que había una habitación para ver la televisión escondida detrás de la zona de internet que estaba la mar de bien, donde pude ver el fútbol muy tranquilamente, no como en la habitación, que no habia television! 1) No habia tele en las habitaciones 2) solo habia disponibles en las habitaciones dobles, dos camas, y no cama matrimonial. 3) el desayuno buffet poco variado... |

Precio El hotel es antiguo y las habitaciones no están bien cuidadas. Cuando abres el ropero, despiertas a toda la planta del hotel. Se oyen a los huéspedes colindantes. El personal de limpieza, el domingo empezó a limpiar la habitación que estaba a nuestro lado antes de las 08:00 de la mañana y rodando los muebles, por lo que nos despertamos y no pudimos volver a dormir. El desayuno es bastante limitado. |

El personal és excel.lent, molt amables i molt disposats a orientar-te i ajudar-te en tot. És molt familiar i no destinat als turistes només com molts altres hotels. Les instal.lacions estan prou bé, però caldria modernitzar les habitacions. Les habitacions es veuen una mica velles, es podria mirar de donar un canvi perquè es veiessin millor. El buffet de l'esmorzar hauria de ser més variat. |

nous avons été bien accueillis, la nourriture était bonne. Le prix en demi pension était impeccable. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir jouer au ping pong, d'utiliser la piscine. Je parle de mon expérience à l'Acuario en février. Pour ce mois ci nous avons été transférés à l'hôtel Florida qui est encore mieux ce qui manque beaucoup c'est de pouvoir avoir une connexion wifi/internet dans les chambres et le prix est trop élevé dans le point internet. |

En general e sun hotel para pasar 1 o como mucho dos noches porque la habitacion es extremadamente infima , solo cabian la cama y una mesa y entre ellas no cabia ni una silla |
