Location was very good, close to everything. Spa wasn´t open, some staff didn´t know what to do, food was appaling. |

There was NO information about any facilities in the Hotel. The restoration was lovely, but booking a Hotel called a Spa should have those facilities available... OR state clearly at all points of booking that the Facilities are not yet ready. We were most disapointed. |

La habitación, el comedor y su comida,tan bien hecha como variada. Todo muy limpio, tranquilo y acogedor...Y la ubicación, perfecta. Recomendable al 100%. Nada que no se pueda perdonar. |

Hyvä sijainti, parveke merelle. Uusittu, antoi heti siistin vaikutelman. Hyvä aamiainen. Ei ruuhkaa uima-altaalla. Huoneen siivous oli puolihuolimatonta. Huoneessa ei ollut minibaaria, joten mitään ei voinut säilyttää kylmänä. |

Me desplacé al Puerto de la Cruz con mi pareja para pasar un finde agradable y desestresarnos un poco y la verdad que no encontramos lo k buscabamos, cuando entramos en la habitación antes de nada vimos k no había bañera k para nosotros era algo indispensable ya k ibamos con la idea de pasar dentro de ella todo el finde:S, llamé a recepción y no hubo manera de k me cambiaran y luego la habitación estaba sucia, manchas pegajosas en el parqué y en las sabanas pelosssssssssss ya no vuelvo más, muy bonito por fuera y por dentro pero mi habitación dejó k desear. La limpieza |

La proximidad con la playa y los lugares de interés. Las instalaciones. Dificultad para aparcar. Aunque en general está muy bien le faltan detalles esperados en un 4 estrellas. |

espero visitarlo cuando esté terminado el parking y el spa y personalmente pienso que será uno de los hoteles mas acogedores del puerto aunque sea indirectamente los dieciocho euros que me sacaron en el parking del cc pirámides |

El hotel en si por su ubicacion muy bien, las instalaciones estan bien, esta reformado y esta bien, en donde me quejo es en la limpieza de habitaciones, uffff que mal, por poner un ejemplo la papelera del baño fue cambiada cuando pasaban 4 dias y porque mi novia se la puso en la puerta, el bufett bastante pobre, solo bolleria y embutido |

La verdad que fuimos mas que nada por el tema de Spa, y resulta que no esta inagurado!!!!!! Nos parecio fatal ya que no hacen referencia a eso., encima aun anunciandolo tampoco tenia parking...El personal de recepcion, deja mucho que desear. En cuanto a la comida estaba contada. La verdad que no lo recomendaria. No tiene nada que ver con los beatriz de otras islas. |
