Absoluement tout est parfait, du service aux chambres (même si pas immense). Un vrai hotel de luxe - Le SPA accessible gratuitement vaut à lui seul le détour Seul regret serait les concerts et animations très beauf pour la classe de cet hotel ! |

Lo que más me ha gustado es el acceso a las esplendidas instalaciones del spa y el trato recibido por el personal que las fotos y descripciones de las habitaciones del hotel en booking eran de habitaciones ambassador de 35 m2 y en realidad eran tamaño estandar en la que nos alojaron |

Las instalaciones spa oriental y jardines, así como la decoración y mobiliario, hechos con muy buen gusto y calidad. La amabilidad del personal. El desayuno-buffet excelente. La calidad de la cocina del restaurante Palmera Real no responde al nivel del resto del hotel. |

El personal no puede ser mejor, excepcional.la amabilidad, la tranquilidad, el cuidado de las instalaciones, en genral todo. Pienso volver. Que el uso del spa sea solo para huespedes. Exluyendo a los acompañantes. Tuvimos la visita de nuestros hijos ( pareja adulta) y no pudieron disfrutar del spa ni pagando. |

Le cadre de l'hôtel, sa tranquilité, la gentillesse du personnel, la qualité exceptionnelle du spa. Le fait que les chambres avec vue sur la piscine et les jardins ne soient pas assez insonorisées pour les familles avec enfants, quand il y a un orchestre qui joue le soir devant la piscine. |

Es un Hotel encantandor con un spa spectacular. Muy tranquilo y en un sitio maravilloso La comida del restaurante en concreto los arroces no estaban a la altura del Hotel. EL restaurante Oriental estaba cerrado. |

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. L'endroit est idéal pour se reposer dans un endroit luxueux, d'inspiration asiatique qui apporte beaucoup de quiétude. Le personnel est à vos soins. Les jardins sont magnifiques, le golf est agréable pour s'initier. Le spa est exceptionnel! La restauration est d'une grande qualité. |

Allasalue ja puutarha hyvät. Huoneet ok. Aamianen hyvä. Hotelli ravintoloiden ruoka ala-arvoista ja ylihintaista. Muutenkin hotelli tuntuu elävän hieman menneiden aikojen maailmassa. Hotelli täynnä Saksalaisia eläkeläisiä, joten konsepti on varmaankin rakennettu heidän mieltymysten mukaan. |
