The Oasis Orotava Palace is beautifully situated in Puerto de la Cruz 200 metres from the beach and Lago Martianez, just 26 km from Los Rodeos airport.

The hotel houses one heated pool and one children’s pool as well as a variety of restaurants including La Cascada, a non-smoking buffet restaurant with show cooking in the evenings, the poolside El Charquito snack bar and La Fiorentina, an a la carte restaurant. There is also night-time entertainment, a fitness room, a sauna, a Turkish bath and parking facilities. Take advantage of the meeting amenities with five conference rooms providing the most up-to-date technical equipment and capacity for up to 200 people.

All of the accommodation features an exterior with balcony, and the majority of the rooms feature sea views or views of Mount Teide.

Due to the works in the car park under our Hotel and for safety, we have decided the temporary closing of our swimming pool.

As an alternative, we offer our guests free tickets to go to Lago Martianez. Also we offer external services (with supplement) of: sauna, massages and fitness area.

Food & beverage

The restaurant La Cascada offers an international buffet and is decorated in a contemporary style with light colours. The a la carte restaurant La Fiorentina serves Italian cuisine and local specialities. It is decorated in a modern design with light colours and a terrace.

There is an extra charge for an upgraded buffet on the 25th and 31st of December included in the price of the rooms with half board. This includes a ½ litre bottle of mineral water, ¼ bottle of wine and a glass of champagne per person.

Every room is equipped with all the necessary conveniences to make your stay very comfortable. The hotel also houses handicapped rooms and suites.

The published rates for stays on the 25 and 31 December include a mandatory fee for the gala dinners held on these evenings.

There were a number of German. I think the hotel should provide not just german and spanish TV but also english.	5.5

The hotel has every indication that management was trying to cut costs in every little way. The staff tried to be friendly but were badly overworked. Every single time I went to or even walked by the front desk, others were waiting and the phone was ringing and it took several minutes before anyone helped. The wi fi did not work. Breakfast meats were iffy. Numerous little renovations were needed.	5

Le Wi Fi ne fonctionnait pas et son prix était relativement élevé, le personnel qui s'occupe du buffet n'est vraiment pas aimable, tout est fait pour la clientèle allemande..(il y a plus de chaînes allemandes que de chaînes espagnoles..)	7
