Everything but see comment below. Our room (219) proved to be very noisy but would have been perfect if there was double glazing to the windows. |

Excellent location close to bus station and seaside, friendly multi-lingual staff, rich breakfast (served in a spacious restaurant) to be enjoyed without hurry, charm of the building. |

Right in the town center and had some character with a fantastic central hall. Nice pool with bar. No air conditioning in our room. |

Everything! The Hotel is in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz, in the most beautiful Plaza de la Iglesia, it have an "old glamour" and it is full of plams and flowers and it's so friendly. The breakfast was great (I drank champagne in the morning!) and stuff is singging when they done there job. Little bed, a strange smell in the bathroom and the clock of the church - too noisy, but it was a very nice accommodation. |

The hotel is centrally placed and offers a good base from which to tour the local area The general ambience of the hotel is good however the rooms and bathrooms are tired and need maintenance. Food was of an average standard but plentifull. |

The location, pleasant and friendly staff and atmosphere. The quiet and comfortable hotel with its typical Canarian facade and interior. Our first stay at this hotel and we will definately return. Perhaps the bathroom needed a little TLC, but it wasn't a problem for us. |

Nice Canary atmosphere, friendly staff, very good location (close to the sea, beaches, bus station, many banks in the neighborhood, shops to buy fruit, etc.), breakfast already at 7 am + possibility to choose among many things to eat, possibility to sunbathe on the terrace. Noisy location (though it got quiet enough late in the evening to be able to sleep well); little swimming pool. |

La ubicación, está muy bien situado.El personal del hotel es muy amable y sevicial. Necesitaria una reforma, las habitaciones y los baños son muy viejos, pero al menos están limpios. |

Ein Hotel mit Atmosphäre und einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Sehr nettes Personal. Das Bad könnte renoviert werde, da im Naßbereich einige Rostflecken waren. Sauber war es aber trotzdem!! |

prachtig mooi romantisch hotel, perfecte locatie, mooie ruime kamers, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, ontzettend mooie hal met tropische beplanting alsof je in een binnentuin zit, iedere dag verse bloemen op de trappen, klein maar fijn zwembad. over het algemeen een ouder publiek en overwegend duitse toeristen |

La ubicación es muy buena - muy centrico. Un patio interior muy bonito. La contrapartida de estar bien ubicado es el ruido; tuvimos la mala suerte de pillar una romería durante todo el fin de semana que estuvimos. También nos tocó una habitación cuyo baño olía a cloaca. |
