Really beautifull garden, peacefull, very big room, friendly staff at the restaurant. The comfort of the room was not 4* level but a spacious 3* (No minibar, no deskchair, old paint). |

Mycket fin trädgård, men vissa träd alldeles för höga, tog mycket av ljuset in till det stora fina rummet. Bättre trappor till poolen, var nu en stege med tre trappsteg som man trodde skulle gå sönder när som helst. Måste vara ganska vig också eftersom där bara var så få trappsteg, så man drog sig för att bada i poolen p g av detta. Synd efter som det var 2 km till havet. |

Los más bonito es que las habitaciones están rodeadas por un hermoso jardín botánico. La relación calidad/precio lo mejor. Además si te haces socio del club Sol puedes dejar la habitación a las 16:00. El hotel necesita reformar sus habitaciones, pues son un poco antiguas. |

La tranquilidad del entorno en el que se encuentra situado y sus jardines son francamente bonitos. Y sus desayunos muy suculentos. Se coló una lagartija que costó mucho echar de la habitación. La puerta de salida a la terraza costaba mucho abrir y cerrar y hacía mucho ruído. |

Creo que los jardines son lo mejor del hotel. Con especies autóctonas rodeando las habitaciones, parece un segundo jardín botánico. 1) El trato del personal, sobre todo en la recepción fue muy despectivo. Al llegar, nos dijeron que habíamos reservado habitaciones dobles para un solo ocupante; al demostrarles lo contrario, no se dignaron a reconocerlo y mucho menos a disculparse; el último día, nos instaron a aparcar en la zona de la entrada para cargar el equipaje y a los cinco minutos vinieron diciéndonos que si no retirábamos el vehículo se lo llevaría la grúa. Eso, entre otras desagradables anécdotas. 2) Habitaciones sucias, 3 cucarachas en la habitación, una de ellas en la cama 3) Pedimos una cuna y nos dieron un modelo "de antes de la guerra", de hierro, con arañas y medio rota. 4) El buffet, poco variado, poca comida fresca; casi sin fruta. Los flanes, ladrillos. |

Ondanks het buffet was het eten wel aardig, wel jammer van de opdringerige oude mensen die natuurlijk als eerste hun eten willen hebben. Personeel is goed. Wel erg veel oude mensen. Beetje een bejaardenhuis. |

El jardín nos ha parecido extraordinario. La tranquilidad, el ambiente tropical. Se da prioridad al descanso. Además es bonita la arquitectura, estilo colonial y sin muchos pisos. La posibilidad de desayunar y cenar en la terracita de entrada al restaurante es muy agradable. |

Nada, con 2 estrellas estaria mejor cualificado El dia 24/12 el buffet de cena lo cerraron a las 21 y no avisaron, casi nos quedamos sin cenar. Las diversiones las cerraon a las 22 y nos quedamos sin poder tomar una copa en el Bar (Insolito). El hotel esta muy deteriorado, no es el adecuado de 4 estrellas para pasar la Noche Navideña. |
