Selbstversorgung, Zentralnah,Strandnah,nette Mitarbeiter Essen (Halbpension) könnte vielseitiger sein. Es wäre vielleicht besser, wenn nur ÜN und ev. Frühstück angeboten würde. |

Die Lage zum Strand und in den Ausgang ist sehr gut. Die App. sind sehr gepflegt und haben einen guten Standart Es hat viele Senioren, die gegenüber Kinder nicht sehr tollerant sind. Trifft allerdings nicht auf alle Senioren zu. Das Restaurant und Frühstück ist sehr einfach und schliesst am Abend schon sehr früh. Das Hotel hat wenig Parkplätze und diese sind meistens besetzt. In der hintersten Appartements hat es dahinter Geräte, die in der Nacht sehr laut sind und es lässt sich hier nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Dies betrifft vermutlich nur ca. 4 App. zuhinterst. |

I like the location, it is situated very close to the beach, restaurants and bars. We were allocated a room that was roadside and next to the rubbish and recycling bins. Very noisy when refuse carts arrived for collection at 6-7am! I guess that allocation of apartment was pot luck though. |

I found these apartments excellent and in a great location,close to all the amanities that you would require,being so close to the strip its so quite perfect for that relaxing break you deserve.I for one will be back again and again.Can not comment on the food as i did'ent try it but looked fine as there were many diners any time i passed. |

The location is excellent, the shower is very good, the restaurant is very clean. Satellite tv advertised as being in apt. But not internet access €1 for only 10 mins not 1 hour as advertised on booking .com very disappointing |

even though rooms were basic they were in an excellent location. reception staff cant do enough for you. extremely helpful and friendly the slide windows in the apts are so noisy. our stay was october and so there was wind at times and the windows would rattle. not great if your a light sleeper. the pool needs a revamp but was grand for price we paid, no air conditioning in apts would be a killer in summer. |

it is clean with spacious room. The pool is small. but the location is perfect.1 min to beach,restaurants,bars,shops by walking. And it is in a quiet street.The buffet is quite ok.Price is really good.You will get more than you paid. nothing. you will need some preparation for the moisquito. It will kill you otherwise. |

Ideal and perfect location, the hotel is only few meters from the beach and the strip. The apartment was lovely; with balcony and sea view. The reception was really welcoming and helpful. |

Spacious apartment (are available but check) for a v reasonable price. Very close to the seafront and the beaches. The more attractive waypoint for some surfing/diving schools than the north. They're apartments so cleaning and bed making is minimal. Optional remote control and safety desposit box key wasn't offered to us although presumably available. Lack of stagnant water treatment in the Puerto del Carmen seafront area means mosquito repellant/spray/room diffuser is a must. |
