even though rooms were basic they were in an excellent location. reception staff cant do enough for you. extremely helpful and friendly the slide windows in the apts are so noisy. our stay was october and so there was wind at times and the windows would rattle. not great if your a light sleeper. the pool needs a revamp but was grand for price we paid, no air conditioning in apts would be a killer in summer. |

it is clean with spacious room. The pool is small. but the location is perfect.1 min to beach,restaurants,bars,shops by walking. And it is in a quiet street.The buffet is quite ok.Price is really good.You will get more than you paid. nothing. you will need some preparation for the moisquito. It will kill you otherwise. |

Ideal and perfect location, the hotel is only few meters from the beach and the strip. The apartment was lovely; with balcony and sea view. The reception was really welcoming and helpful. |

Spacious apartment (are available but check) for a v reasonable price. Very close to the seafront and the beaches. The more attractive waypoint for some surfing/diving schools than the north. They're apartments so cleaning and bed making is minimal. Optional remote control and safety desposit box key wasn't offered to us although presumably available. Lack of stagnant water treatment in the Puerto del Carmen seafront area means mosquito repellant/spray/room diffuser is a must. |

excelent room better than i thought as on booking .com said no balcony but had a terrace which was not mentioned,the room was very clean and to a good standard,kitchenette was well equiped,beds comfortable,reception staff very friendly and helpful only a missunderstanding on check in i thought i had payed for the room on credit card and when asked to pay i argued( nicely) about this the receptionist said they get it alot but pay later after i have checked my credit card details,this i now know is on the bottom of the confirmation but should be made more clear |

It was located within easy walking distance of the beach including a couple of sheltered coves. Good basic apartment and good sized pool with sun loungers. Washing machine available for use on site. Staff very helpful although would suggest have a book in each room listing office/restaurant hours etc and aparment complex facilities to reduce questions. Expensive Internet. No broom or dish washing liquid/clothes in room. |

Staff on reception very friendly and helpful.Location is very good as you are less than 100 metres from shops,bars etc no climbing hills.Apartment was very spacious.Couldn't fault anything great value for the price we paid. |

The apartments were excellent! I stayed there only for 2 days and everything was more than fine! The apartment was very comfortable and clean, the facilities were great and the stuff more than helpful!! ( Special thanks to Lissy!! She is unbelievable!). I surely recommend these apartments! |
