De ligging van het complex is uitstekend, dichtbij het centrum en bij het strand. Het appartementen complex is zeer gehorig, zo erg zelfs dat het leek alsof onze snurkende buurman op onze kamer lag. |

Soepel personeel, technische dienst snel ter plaatse toen er een (klein)defect was, perfecte ligging Detail: duurde lang (paar uur) eer we de paspoorten terugkregen bij inchecken, ze moesten er kopieën van maken. Officieel mogen ze de paspoorten helemaal niet in bezit hebben als de houder er niet bij is. Verder geen klachten. |

Playa park is een mooi appartementencomplex, met mooi zwembad en rustige tuin (hier verblijven zoals eerder vermeld wel een hoop katten). Het appartement was ruim en comfortabel (de gemoderniseerde versie is zeker aan te raden). Ook de locatie is prima, kort bij de boulevard en het strand. Het appartement werd tijdens ons verblijf niet elke dag schoongemaakt en we moesten zelf vragen om nieuwe handdoeken. De bedden bij het zwembad zijn erg hard en niet erg comfortabel. |

Ik vond de ligging ideaal. Vlakbij de boulevard en het strand. Tijdens ons verblijf werd de weg opnieuw gerenoveerd. Dit begon rond 07.00 uur 's morgens. Dit zorgde voor wat geluidsoverlast. |

Perfect location, kitchen and sitting room areas were nice and big and well equipped, the spa was a nice distraction when the weather was bad. The power of the shower was good. Reception staff were pleasant. The apartment complex does not have any double beds. So our bed was two singles pushed together. This is fairly common, so we didn't mind too much. But what made it worse was that they also have no double sheets, duvets etc. This made for some uncomfortable nights' sleep. On two of our 8 nights, there was prolonged shouting from a neighbouring apartment at around 1am and 5am. There was a baby in the apartment below us who also woke us up a few times. You can pretty much hear everything from the adjoining rooms and so I'd say you'd be lucky to get a peaceful night's sleep. The temperature of the shower kept fluctuating between hot and cold. Alot of stray cats were wandering the complex. Having to pay for a safe is a bit stingey. |

Hotel gave easy access to the beech and shopping area's and had a relaxing atmosphere, On the whole the hotel is very good, however from the point of view of kids safety, the balcony has a very low front and is an accident waiting to happen, Also there is a large number of wild cats roaming the grounds of the hotel, Horrible !!!! |

t,he location of the hotel was excellent and the reception man called victor was especially pleasant and helpful, however the beds were hard and uncomfortable, overall it was good, the spa was good value and worth a visit i was not that happy with the amount of cats wandering around the gardens, they pulled down the towels from the drying linr on the patio and pee ed on them, if i had small children i would not stay there from a health point of view |

We liked the whole Playa club, 10 minutes by taxi from the airport, very clean and staff in all areas is good. Friendly people always willing to support. Last but not least...climate Lanzarote combined with a very nice beach at walking disteance, good restaurants with sea vieuws and great food. |

Central Location near restaurants and entertainment. Common areas and rooms very clean . Staff very friendly and helpful. During the week our neighbours made a lot of noise very late into the night. We complained but there was no significant improvment over the courses of three nights. |

The Playa Club Apartments are very centrally located. You can stroll to the old town and also to Los Pocillos from them. It would take about 30 - 40 mins but I really love where these apts are. They are surrounded by fab restaurants and bars. |

The location and price were what made us decide to book this hotel, however I would not have done so if the reviews were not good. The reviews were great and they lived up to them. We were thrilled with everything about the hotel and would highly recomend it to anyone. |

Exceptionally big apartments in a great location. Beds very comfortable and pillows more so........Two lovely pools and fabulous spa with hydra pools. Definately worth visiting as it's right on your doorstep. Excellent stay and would highly recommend. Just the one grumpy guy on reception, other three reception staff very friendly, smily and helpful......... |

Apartments are roomy & spotless. Reception staff very helpful & polite. Unfortunate to be placed backing onto a busy road where activity begins quite early in the morning (7am onwards) which, is very noisy. |

Great size apartment, reception staff were very friendly and helpful, great location near nice restaurants and the beach, internet access was handy, lovely pool area and handy snack bar which was very reasonable. Towels and bed linen was not changed all week we were there. Bed Clothing looks old and never felt that it was really clean. Apartment safe did not work even when they tried to fix it, kettle was faulty and two light bulbs went while we were there, the hotel staff did however fix anything that went wrong just felt bit like being in Fawlty Towers at times. |
