I liked the playground right next to the swimming pool in the main complex it really helped to keep the children entertained. A little bit too far off the beaten track, I wouldn't be a great walker... the food at the pool bar really was very bad as stated in previous reviews would not recommend it at all.... It was good value for money the apartments are ok considering what you pay for them ! |

The staff on reception and in the restaurant were lovely and very helpful. The only thing that spoilt our stay was the incredibly rude man serving in the bar. He was just snarling at everyone! |

The rooms were very basic and missed a few comforts like decent bedside reading lights, and lining on the curtains to keep the light out at night but overall very comfortable |

The hygiene and comfort of self catering bungalow style accomodation made the break very enjoyable.Location was excellent , residential area but close enough to eateries and nightlife if you so wished.Big plus was also proximity to airport. Sunloungers were a bit dated and some umbrellas would have been usefull. |

i enjoyed the quite surrondings of the complex ,and the heated swimming pools and its excellent location near the beach which was only a short distance away the only grip that i had was the lack of entertainment at the complex as i have two young boys with me ,even some organized activities during the day would go a long way ,ie waterpolo or fun games ,also in the evening time the lack of entertainment , |

Its located in a very peaceful area and about 5 minutes walk to a great beach. The rooms while clean are dated. The cleaning service is very good. Good for families with small children. Its very dated but clean. Staff not friendly with the exception of cleaning staff. Breakfast is very basic and best avoided. The advertisement describes them as bungalows but we got an apartment -false advertising. Have to pay extra for basics such as TV, air condition and even TV remote. If necessary they should charge extra to cover these things. At least 40 minutes walk to old town. |

the staff were helpfull, the accomodation was cleen, it was only a five minute walk to the beech the pool side snack bar had a very poor menu. there was no air condition in the very hot rooms |

i just liked the layout of the complex,very suitable for disabled people.The pool is lovely and very easy to acess with a hand rail and steps going down into the pool at both sdes.It is also only about 300 meters to the beach. |

This was my third time to stay with you and i do like the appartments because of the nice walk into the main town of Puerto Del Carmen. I like the smaller pool as it always quiet there. The food in the pool bar not great, all frozen food cooked. |

it was peaceful and the staff were hard working and obliging. the flowers and greenery around the bungalows were pretty. the pool area was very clean. i thought it was not so good that it wasn't possible to borrow a hairdryer without renting one for the week. |

The bungalow setting is very safe for children without the worry of balconies in high rise buildings. The cleaning of the bungalow was excellent - every day while we were there - with fresh towels each time. The pool areas were very nice. The pool was heated to 21C and had a lifeguard from 9 to 5, Monday to Friday. The location of the facility is a big draw back - especially if you have children. It takes almost 30 minutes to walk in to the center of Porto del Carmen. You can get a taxi for about 4 euro. The food in the restaurant is really poor - we had dinner there when we got in late the first evening and it was really bad, breakfast is only ok. |

comfort no equipment in the room, like, no remote for the tv, no hairdryer, no iron either iron board. No spanish newspapers in the supermarket, that was realy wrong, do not forget the hotel is in Lanzarote, Spain!. Lights in the bathroom were really poor |

nice quiet location, pleasant rooms, free wi fi in reception, helpful staff Food is well below average with little choice. Breakfast was meant to be 8 till 10 but ran out by 9:30. Attached supermarket is very expensive-at least 33% dearer than other supermarkets! Stay because its a nice accommodation. Do not stay for the food. |
