The amazing professionalism of the chief personal of the buffet (the man with glasses) and cocktailbar (the filipino guy) will certainly make me come back. Hopefully they will be there when I come back because they are crucial for a perfect service, like I have received from them!! The openingshours of the estetic center "las bellas" was not respected, every room has a catalogue where the hours are clearely marked: 8h00 till 20h00 (I think) but 2 succesif days during my stay the center was already closed. A simply solution can be to mention on the brochure that an appointment is requested 1 day before (calls for appointments has to be made between 8h00 and 14h00 for ex.) so that the personal don't have to stay if there is nobody comming in the afternoon. |

Hotel was very clean and staff are very friendly. Rooms are spacious (for 2 adults and 1 infant) but room lacked decent helpful facilities such as a decent fridge and kettle (mini bar fridge, microwave and a bad travel kettle provided but it had to be requested) especially helpful when you have a young child. The Swimming Pool and fitness facility are more than adequate, with the hotel very close to the beach with no road to cross and is therefore great for children. We were on full board bases and the breakfast buffet is good, dinner buffet is ok, great selection but if I was to go back I would not take the dinner buffet option. I would highly recommend this hotel to all ages and families and will return someday for a break Not great facilities in the hotel room, no kettle and the fridge was just a mini bar fridge, this make life difficult when with young children. But in fairness to hotel provide everything we asked for after our arrival. Pool area good but there may be a lack of sun bed at busy times, pool bar has a limited menu. Hotel night entertainment is interesting but fine. Hotel is about 10min walk to the "main strip” but that did not bother me in fact enjoyed the walk!! |

Very good hotel, totally renovated 3 years ago.Very well located, 10minutes by car from the airport in downtown Puerto del Carmen.The staff is really nice. The hotel has direct acces to the beach.Very good option also we arrive at 10:00 in the morning and the room was not ready, and the hotel gave us the breakfast by free. The food is an excellent buffet. |

Spotlessly clean everywhere. Very friendly staff. Wide choice of food at breakfast and dinner buffets. Excellent location right on Playa de los Pocillos - easily the best beach on the island. Evening entertainment was abysmal so we went next door to the Hotel San Antonio for their much better shows - eg Abba cover band. |

First thing I saw when I stood on the balcony of my room was a rat running along the balcony wall between rooms nearby. Never seen rats near a hotel before. Double bed requested but had to wait for it for 2 days, no coffee making facilites, food v bland. Not as luxurious as the impression given in your site. No room service. Bedroom was nice but the Hotel was v basic, more like 2 star than 4 star. |

La comida es variada, y con cheff a la plancha tanto desayuno como cenas. La habitación amplia y cómoda. Buenas instalaciones comunes: gimnasio, piscina... y acceso directo a la playa El minibar de la habitación no enfría lo suficiente, solo sirve para mantener fresco algo que ya lo está. A cambio no hace nada de ruido. |

Muy cerca del aeropuerto, salida directa a la playa, habitaciones enormes, buffet de desayuno y cena variado y buena calidad. Aunque vayas con media pension las comidas de la cena no estan incluidas. |

El hotel está al lado de la playa, todas las habitaciones tienen una terracita, una mesa y un sofa para ver la tele. La habitación muy amplia.El hotel está a 5 min del paseo marítimo. El personal muy amable y profesional. A pesar de estar a unos kilometros del aeropurto no se notaba en la habitación. El recinto limpio y bien cuidado, un hotel bastante tranquilo. No es muy grande y es lo que nos gustó. Siempre había sitio en la piscina, en el resaurante etc. La comida un poco regulín. Especialmente los platos típicos españoles. Pero había suficiente variedad para no quedarse con hambre. |

La mayoría de los aspectos del hotel merecen una calificación alta, pero puestos a destacar lo haría en el personal y en las comidas. El personal es de una amabilidad exquisita y las comidas, a pesar de tratarse de tipo "buffet, son de una calidad y cantidad muy por encima de lo habitual en estos casos. Aunque no es algo especialmente criticable, deberían plantearse la mejoría de la oferta si tuviesen la posibilidad de alargar la cena hasta las 22:00 horas como hora límite, en lugar de las 21:30 como en la actualidad, y el poder escoger la media pensión entre almuerzo y cena, ya que sólo ofrecen la cena en la temporada estival. Ambas limitaciones, restan alguna opción a conocer otros aspectos turísticos. |

En general nos ha gustado todo: habitación amplia, la comida de calidad y variada, la ubicación, la amabilidad del personal,...ideal para pasar unos días relajados que era lo que busacábamos... Como sugerencia les recomendaría tener más control en los accesos al hotel ya que era fácil "colarse" para darse un baño en la piscina por ejemplo... |

la ubicacion es muy buena, está muy centrico de cualquier parte de la isla no me ha gustado el nulo control de acceso a la piscina desde la playa. Todos los dias veia a personas ajenas al hotel que hacian uso de las hamacas y de la piscina. No me parece justo que yo pague por unos servicios que luego otros pueden usar gratis colándose en la piscina. |

Se trata de un hotel familiar, no muy grande, de edificaciones de una o dos plantas que recuerda la forma de un barco-crucero mirando a la playa de los Pocillos. Tranquilo. El trato del personal es estupendo. Nada, sólo mencionar el horario de la cena (de 7'00 a 9'30) casi no nos da tiempo a llegar (si hemos salido de excursión) ducharnos y entrar en el comedor. El horario está adaptado a otros paises y echas de menos se adapte un poco más a la costumbre española. |

Su ubicación, acceso directo a la playa, bastante cerca al centro de Puerto de Carmen. Aparcamiento gratis al lado del hotel. Las habitaciones son grandes y cómodas. Las comidas son muy buenas. La zona de la piscina está muy amplia. Muy recomendable. El internet en la sala está un poco caro. |

lo que mas me gusto es la atencion del personal de recepcion , y la del personal del restaurante solo falta un poco de sonrisa ante los clientes respecto a estos ultimos es las chicas de animacion que no he visto ninguna animacion , y por otro lado respecto la limpieza no respetan el deseo del cliente ante el cambio de sabanas y toallas de la habitacion durante la estancia |

la situacion es fantastica en la misma playa y tb en el paseo .el personal es muy amable con un trato muy familiar.las chicas de animacion muy simpaticas al igual q en la recepcion, la limpieza y el personal del comedor, y el personal de mantenimiento.esta totalmente reformado, muy comodo, nuevo ,limpio y a su vez aunque no debe ser pequeño, resulta acogedor y familiar y tranquilo. el horario de la cena de 18:30 a 21 :30 aunque no eran excesivamente estrictos detalle de agradecer.Tb los horarios de animacion orientados al publico extranjero en cuanto a horarios. |
