El hotel esta en la parte alta de Pº del Carmen y es muy tranquilo. Los apartamentos debian de estar en reformas pues estaban trabajando en variaos de ellos pero sin alterar la vida de los apartamentos. |

Buena relación calidad precio, el apartamento estaba bien, la piscina también. Por la tarifa que pagamos perfecto. El personal muy amable. Muy tranquilo. La limpieza de las habitaciones no era diaria y de las 4 plazas del apartamento 2 eran un sofa y una cama plegable, esto no estaba especificado aunque eran cómodos supongo que se podría especificar al realizar la reserva. |

Cadre, liberté, agencement et espace du studio. Présence d'une cuisinette bien équipée très pratique. Possibilité de prendre les repas sur une petite terrasse privative. Ménage sur la base de 5 fois par semaine et non quotidiennement. Présence de cafards à l'extérieur des studios. |

La cordialità della reception, la pulizia giornaliera della camera e il cambio lenzuola e asciugamani, il prezzo molto basso e la piscina e il bar a disposizione. Mancava qualcosa in cucina ma hanno provveduto subito senza bisogno di chiedere nulla. Qualche piccolo inconveniente con l'acqua calda e la pulizia della doccia, la tapparella non funzionava correttamente. |

El trato recibido tanto por parte del personal de limpieza como recepcionista. Nos ayudaron en todo lo posible siempre que pudieron. Esta algo viejo. Habría que reformarlo un poco. |

la tranquilidad, la limpieza incluyendo el servicio de la habitacion muy buena, el apto es pequeño pero comodo... el agua caliente no dura nada, solo para una persona y bañamdose rapido, al parecer el calentador es para 2 aptos., la tv se ve solo 4 canales 2 nacionales y 2 extrangeros y no tiene mando, y lo que no me gusto nada pero nada nada, es que todo esta escrito en ingles desde la entrada, bar, piscina, areas comunes, manueles o instructivos de habitaciones, etc. pero no vi nunca nada en español... |

La ubicación del hotel en un lugar bonito Como persona Canaria y de nacionalidad de españa me parece indignante que no sepan hablar en castellano. A ver .... unas cosas: el castellano es la lengua obligatoria en todo el territorio nacional... O sea que no me vale encontrar la tele configurada sólamente en Alemán... Ni tampoco que la camarera sea Alemana y no sepa lo que es un café.....muy mal.. Un 0.. |

el precio es economico y el personal es agradable qno tengan un servicio de mantenimiento estuvimos sin agua mas de 12 horas,los colchones podian cambiarlos y la habitacion podian hacerla la ultima noxe. |
