It was well located and was quiet in general - suitable for a relaxing holiday. The appartments were kept clean at all times which is always good. Air conditioning in the bedrooms would be a nice addition. |

Location was very good for both the old town and new town. The pool area and gardens were very well kept and the staff in these areas were very friendly. Cleanliness was an issue and the fact that all the extras such as air conditioning, iron, microwave had to be paid for. These apartments are not cheap and they should be included in price. Could not leave window open at night time due to apartments proximity to road. |

We asked for a ground floor pool side flat as I was after a leg operation and we did not receive this. We have stayed with you on 8 different occassions so we were a bit disapointed. |

Location was perfect, grounds are kept lovely. Was expecting a much cleaner, fancier place for the price (though we got a very good deal on this site would not have booked directly). Could have stayed at Costa Volcan next door for half the price. Place was only cleaned twice in six days. |

Hotel very clean, towels changed every day,bed linen changed once during our stay which was fine.Rooms cleaned every day except Sunday, which we think is ample. Have stayed at the EL. Dorado many times and there are two things i think could definitely be improved on 1;it is a pity they do not have a bar open at night and most people who i ever speak to say the same, as it is a nice way to meet other guests. (even though i am a non drinker)! 2;There is no courtesy room to have a shower etc.if you are going home on a late flight, which means you have to pay for the room for the extra few hours which in our case was fifty euro. |

The apartments were very spacious and very well equipped. The balconies were very large and private with lovely views. There are quite a lot of steps within the complex and there are no lifts. |

It was near the shops and good restaurants. The hotel restaurant was very nice to eat it. Room was extremely shabby and dirty. |
