Good food, comfortable room, seaside location, well located for hiking trips across the island, nice free services (e.g. free fruit) Air conditioning was not working well, nightlife could be improved |

Good room size and excellent bathroom.Spacious balcony.Plenty of tables in the dining rooms. Good reception area and helpfull staff. Buffet food only fair.Too much choice at breakfast and in the evenings. |

Views of the bay and the beach. Could eat outside on the balcony for breakfast and dinner. It would be good if one could book a room facing south in the winter to get evening sunshine. |

Die Belegschaft, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Obschon sie vor allem im Speisesaal unterdotiert sind. Vor allem Abends war eindeutig zu wenig Service Personal im Dienst. Die Gäste mussten das Geschirr selbst wegstellen und sich irgendwie, irgendwo einen Essplatz besorgen. Von gemütlich Dinieren war hier keine Spur. Der Buffetbetrieb in dieser Form ist nicht jedermanns Sache. Das Essen war sehr durchschnittlich. Leider keine Gaumenfreude. |

Großes Zimmer mit Balkon, großes Bad, Frühstück und Abendessen in Buffetform, Kaffeeauswahl beim Frühstück - Kaffee, Espresso, Cappucino - , großer, gemütlich gestalteter Eingangsbereich, Pool mit Meeresblick und Liegen unter Palmen, Duschen und Umkleidekabinen in Poolnähe, Badestrand nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, Erlebnis Berge und Meer, grandiose Vulkantouren, ausgezeichnetes Klima und extrem saubere Luft. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. |

Ordentliches Hotel in guter Lage direkt am Meer und am Strand. Service zurückhaltend, aber aufmerksam, Verpflegung abwechslungsreich und gut. Recht gute Lage als Startpunkt für Wandertouren mit PKW-Anreise. Trotz der Lage direkt am Strand ist das Hotel nur bedingt für Badeurlaub geeignet, da wegen der Brandung das Baden oft verboten ist. |

En general la comodidad del hotel y la amabilidad de sus empleados. A veces está dificil de aparcar aunque te ofrecen la posibilidad aparcarlo en doble fila y te guardan la llave. |

cercania a la playa, piscinas, buffet algunos detalles: te cobran por adelantado; te cobran un euro por un mapa de la isla (es gratuito en todos los demas lugares); el parking esta un poco alejado y nada iluminado (si regresas de noche practicamente vas a oscuras entre platanales...); las almohadas son extrafinas... |

La localizacion Dos cosas:- El servicio de limpieza de la habitación no corresponde a un hotel de 4 estrellas. Las camas no se sacudían, tenían arrugas y no re remetían las sábanas (lo comenté en recepción). En segundo lugar, es insoportable el ruido de las actuaciones por la noche. Debían de informar de ello antes de hacer la reserva para poder solicitar una habitación tranquila. |

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. UItstekend ontbijtbuffet. De auto in de buurt van het hotel parkeren kan een probleem zijn. |

la relación calidad precio, teniendo en cuenta que era una muy buena oferta de temporada baja. Lo mas satisfactorio fue el buffet, tanto del desayuno como de la cena, con excelente variedad y calidad. No es un hotel moderno con grandes espacios abiertos, pero esta muy bien para pasar el fin de semana, sobre todo con ofertas especiales. Ademas, por la cercania se puede disfrutar de la playa y piscina a la misma vez. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, aunque pudimos comprobar que lo habían reparado antes de irnos. |
