Good location & great view over Playa de los Amadores. Kitchen & bathroom facilities a bit basic with some broken equipment. We were staying in a apartment right below the dining & bar area which was a bit noisy at times. |

The hotelrooms has got a fantastic ocean view, the room is clean and cleaning every day. In the room has got a micro, tea/coffe maker,etc..(so everything exept hair dryer)The breakfast is delicious and richest. In PM has got a mini supermarket but is expensive. The internet is 2euro/hour, if you want to watch Tv is 1 euro/hour. The hotel is top of the hill, so if you haven't a car you must walking down 10 min (up 15min). Amadores beach is amazing. One of the best beach in Gran canaria! You must go there! I will go back there and maybe to Palmera Mar. The reception staff is so bored and unfrendly. |

The reception staff should not behave like a living corpse when talking to people who traveled hundreds of miles to the hotel.Also the waiter at the restaurant was unprofessional. It felt that we are bothering the waiter when I wanted to ask about anything from the menu or trying to choose something different/different meal with different time of preparation. Conclusion-rooms very nice, whole hotel looked very good but the staff not helpful and showing that 'What do you want again?' attitude.Thank you! |

The view to Amadores Beach,the swimming pool was also good. Found receptionist was not very polite.Breakfast was a poor experience no milk put out,no serving utensils for the cold meat, a guest was picking it up with his bare hands ( very unhygenic).When the waiter noticed this the utensils were put out, but next day no utensils again, eggs virtually raw on 1 occasion!! |

Naast de slechte kwaliteit van de bedden is dit een apartement om aan te bevelen. De lokatie is prima (gezien het feit dat bijna alle appartementen tegen de rotsen zijn gebouwd) Ziet uit over een baai waar gezwommen kan worden. Een heel groot balkon waar je heerlijk uit de zon kan zitten. In het appartement alles aanwezig om een eenvoudige maaltijd te bereiden. Magnetron, koelkast, waterkoker, elektrisce kookplaat etc. Dagelijkse schoonmaak waarbij zelfs de kopjes en bordjes door het personeel werden afgewassen! Het ontbijt was vrij basis maar voldoende met uitzicht op Atlantische oceaan. Ook is er nog een kleine supermarkt aanwezig waar je vergeten dingetjes nog kunt kopen. Zoals gezegd de bedden waren niet super. Goedkope matrassen die niet echt lekker sliepen. |

den halve utsikten jeg fikk og størrelsen på rommet. Mer enn tre dråper med normalt temperert dusjvann hadde vært fint.(heldigvis hadde jeg familie der nede så jeg dusjet på deres hotel) Også hadde det vært fint om de faktisk vasket. Dusjen ble ikke vasket på de 5 dagene jeg var der!! Alt bestikket i skuffen var møkkete da jeg kom og fremdeles møkkete da jeg dro...Og hotellpersonalet ble jeg heller ikke videre imponert over, utenom han som var der da jeg sjekket inn. Resepsjonisten ringte å vekte meg en morgen. Og den dagen da jeg skulle sjekke ut ble jeg vekket av rengjøringspersonalet som kom brasende inn, for deretter å gå ut igjen uten en eneste "sorry", og en times tid senere ringer de på for deretter ikke å stå utenfor men bare vifte meg vekk med hånda |

el personal,sobretodo Paquita y su esposo Paco,el amigo del chiringuito de la piscina ya que es una gran persona y sabe tratar a los clientes la television no se ve nada los canales españoles,dicen que es por el repetidor pero los canales extranjeros se ven muy bien(raro)creo que con solo regularlo basta, pero no estan por la labor,otros años lo han echo.tengo la sensacion que los extranjeros gozan de mas prestigo que los canarios en mi propia tierra.ellos dan propina y nosotros no,creo que ahi esta la cuestion.mal echo yo tambien pago y creo que mas que ellos por el alojamiento,espero que eso cambie porque yo almenos no estoy dispuesto a que me traten asi como de segunda clase. |
