I found the beds were comfortable but could do with better pillows (and more e.g. 2 per bed). Nice looking rooms. It was quite noisy, didn't help that our room was right in front of the lift and stairs. The shower was really small but worked well. |

The staff were available and helpful at all times. We liked being close to the beach and supermarkets, there were some essential items on sale in the reception area. There was a selection of alternative restaurants in the vacinity |

Hotellet ligger bra till. Vi uppskattade närheten till både strand, shopping och restauranger. Utsikten är vacker. Det var ingen riktig frukost på morgnarna, personalen var försenad maten var slut och ändå ville dom ha 16 euro för en kopp kaffe och några mackor? |

Sinceramente cuando iba camino al hotel pense que por lo economico que era iba a estar peor, pero me lleve una sorpresa la verdad, esta mu bien y las vistas muy buenas. La verdad que me quede satisfecha.. Si que no me pudiera quedar mas tiempo jeje no nadita |

El servicio y la limpieza ha sido excelente. He sido muy bien recibida y a nuestra llegada hemos cenado en el restaurante de maravilla, atendidos por el Sr Enrique. Las vistas desde nuestra habitación eran espectaculares. Todo perfecto |

Ha sido una estancia tranquila y cómoda. El mobiliario es bastante confortable lo que te hace disfrutar del tiempo que quieres descansar en la habitación. La televisión es bastante pequeña, más si tenemos encuenta la distancia a la que se encuentra del sofá. Además, al encontrarse en alto dificulta bastante la visón. |

En relacion a calidad precio está bastante bien. Tiene una pequeña tienda de urgencia que abre las 24 horas. Las instalaciones estan bien pero no corresponden a 4 estrellas |

Las instalaciones y el precio Que siendo apartamento ni siquiera ponían un estropajo y una balleta para que limpiásemos la vajilla. Si querías mando a distancia de la tele y del aire acondicionado había que pagar una cantidad extra por día. |

Los servicios y la atención prestada por el personal de los apartamentos. Eran gente muy agradable y atentos Me llevé una sorpresa al comprobar que no se correspondían las imágenes de espacios lujosos con la realidad. La reforma se notaba realizada con prisas: cocina a medio reformar, con armario sobre la barra nada funcional, etc... y la televisión no funcionaba cuando llegamos. Pero sobretodo, lo que más nos disgustó fue el hecho de que esperábamos encontrarnos con otro tipo de apartamento. |

Las vistas desde el balcon y que estaba cerca de un supermercado. Hay que pagar €3 al dia por ver la television y tambien hay que pagar por el aire acondicionado. La limpieza de las habitaciones es pobre. La piscina es pequeña. La ventana del dormitorio es muy pequeña y no se puede dormir de la calor por falta de ventilacion. A veces cierran la puerta de la piscina que da a la carretera y eso agrega un 1 km hasta la playa. Una de las limpiadoras (polaca) no habla Español y trata a los clientes con una falta de respeto increible. Uno de los dos ascensores no funciono durante toda la semana. Los pasillos fuera de los apartamentos son estrechos y en desacuerdo con las medidas internacionales de seguridad en caso de incendio. A veces ni se puede pasar si las limpiadoras tienen sus carritos en el pasillo. |

Super hotel voor de tweede keer in dit hotel en we zijn uiterst tevreden. Ruime en comfortabele appartamenten met mooie uitzichten en een geweldig zwembad. Iedereen heel vriendelijk en alle faciliteiten goed verzorgd. We komen zeker terug voor een langere vakantie! |

ikke mye Dette var et meget sjabert hotell. Vi hadde reservert 2x2 døgn, men avbestillte siste del da vi syntes det var for dårlig. Dårlig vedlikehold, mye bråk utenfra, duer inn i stua, umalte flater, lister som spriket fra dørkarmer etc. Vi fikk vite at vi var oppgradert fra superior rom til suite, men hvis dette var suite tør jeg ikke tenke på hvordan resten var. |

Ik kom aal een aantal jaren in Maracaibo. Maar ik herkende het hotel nauwelijks terug. De renovatie heeft gezorgd voor een enorme verbetering. De kamers zagen er prachtig uit en het was een genot om daar te verblijven. Een groot compliment aan de eigenaar die er een prachtig hotel van heeft gemaakt. Ik kijk al uit naar mijn volgend verblijf in Maracaibo. |
