Since it probably has the best weather on this part of the island and the Amadores Beach is accross the street this is an excellent location. With a car,taxi or Gua-Gua trips can be made easily to other beaches or the barranco's. For a few Euro more dinner is included and the food is definitively not bad. Do not over eat. For another few Euro the all-inclusive option is yours. I didn't go all the way since I was gone mostly during the day. Waiters are friendly but keep their distance. Free internet with cable(bring one or buy one at the desk for 6 euro)in your room and free parking. Drive up all the way to the entrance of the lobby to unload your luggage. Evening entertainment will be there but wasn't my cup of tea. More a family oriented hotel than a place for singles to stay however very comfortable. Times are regulated for swimming/spa 9.00 am till 7.00 pm and dinner is only till 9.30 pm if you already got used to dining late like the Spanish do. So no pre-breakfast swimming or a dip after a long day of hiking, though a lot of people who come here will not care about this since the have more hedonistic shapes and are attracted by the "all inclusive" options of the hotel. Sauna/steambath etc are O.K. but not special, keep your trunks and suits on. Massages offered at the Thallasium however are excellent. |

The restaurant facilities and pool area were excellent and the cleanliness and maintenance was second to none. Couples with young babies all deposited their soiled nappies/diapers into the poolside waste bins which is neither hygienic or pleasant, the hotel should put up a sign to request guests not to do this. |

Overlooks beautiful Amadores beach which I perferred to neighbouring Puerto Rico one. Most rooms have a decent balcony with comfy quality chairs + table. Room (mine was 4412b) was nicely decored, air- conditioned, with bathroom marbled and both shower+bath included. Two pools, the main one out front having nice effect of almost appearing to drop off over the edge. Spa facility, hairdressers, manicurist, some gym equipment, spacious all glass fronted dining room with view of beach and ocean, and also an a la carte restaurant. Staff are friendly and quite a number had good english. There's also a pool table, table tennis, table football etc and a room to entertain youngsters. Worth going half-board. Clientel type during my stay seemed almost totally couples or families, so dont expect to meet many singles by the pool or bar. It lacked a bit of evening atmosphere / entertainment (even though they provided some, audience-wise it was very thin and bit dead), so you will want to head out in Puerto Rico - taxi costs bout €3.50 each way. |

Correspond en tous points à ce que j'attendais: grande chambre avec grand balcon sur la mer, buffets matin et soir variés et de qualité, hôtel et piscines très propres, pas d'animations autour des piscines, bon rapport qualité prix pour un séjour jusqu'au 31 octobre. Dès le 1er novembre devient très cher! |

El hotel está ubicado sobre la playa de Amadores, cerca de San Agustin. Se encuentra a 5 minutos de la playa, lo cual es una ventaja teniendo en cuenta la distancia a la que se encuentran otros hoteles.La zona es bastante tranquila en comparación con la masificación de otras zonas (Maspalomas, Playa del Inglés). Las instalaciones están muy bien y la atención del personal es excelente. Otra gran ventaja es que es SPA es gratuito. Las vistas desde la mayoria de las habitaciones son muy buenas y desde la piscina exterior excelentes. Ideal para familias y parejas. Lo único es que el SPA se cerraba a las 19:00 y estaría bien alargarlo una hora más. |

Το φαγητό ήταν πολύ καλής ποιότητας και το δωμάτιο καθαρό και ευρύχωρο, με υπέροχη θέα προς την παραλία. Οι υπάλληλοι του ξενοδοχείου ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί.Ότι πρέπει για χαλάρωση. Οι όποιες εργασίες του ξενοδοχείου να γίνονται με προσοχή και σε συγκεκριμένα διαστήματα γιατί είναι δύσκολο να χαλαρώσεις ακούγοντας εναν εκσκαφέα έξω ακριβώς από το δωμάτιο. Ευτυχώς αυτό δεν διήρκησε πολύ ώρα αλλά κάπως χαλασε την γενική εικόνα. Επίσης το ασύρματο δίκτυο για ίντερνετ δεν λειτουργούσε στα δωμάτια. |

Super lækkert og rent hotel, lidt udover det sædvanlige! Dejlige poolområder med lækker spa og rigtig god buffet i restaurenten. Værelserne er store og smagfuldt møbleret, og med fri adgang til internettet. Jeg vil klart anbefale dette holtel til andre!! |

La habitación espaciosa, muy limpia, gran balcón con vistas, la piscina, la comida muy buena y variada, la atención del personal también. Ideal para el relax. Aunque en el reglamento interno se prohibe "reservar" las hamacas, la mayoría de los huéspedes lo incumple y no hay ninguna persona encargada de vigilar para que todo se lleve a cabo sin incidencias. No se han anticipado al gran volumen de turistas, y en el comedor se han formado colas increíbles a la hora de desayunar y cenar, sobretodo; como sugerencia, horarios más flexibles y adaptados a las necesidades, o, al menos, habilitar más espacio. Quiero subrayar que no creo que sea un problema del personal, sino de la organización. |

El excelente trato de su personal. Las maravillosas vistas desde la piscina y la amplitud y diseño de sus habitaciones. Por su diseño arquitectònico es imposible moverse por el hotel sin estar cambiando de planta cada momento. Hay que coger bastantes ascensores. |

Lo que mas me ha gustado del hotel es la ubicacion, y las vistas. Tambien bastante bien la piscina con vista al mar, y el spa justo abajo de esta. Si que en la habitacion donde nos toco habia humedades en las paredes y un cristal de la terraza roto. |

Las instalaciones, sobre todo la piscina y la vista en todo el hotel. El servicio en general no es el esperado para esa categoría. La comida y la atención por parte de los camareros dista mucho de ser de calidad. Además, problemas con cucarachas (1 en la habitación y otra en el restaurante...) hacen pensar que no se está en un hotel sino en un apartamento. |

Es prácticamente nuevo, está bien diseñado con vistas excepcionales, buenas instalaciones y unas habitaciones grandes y estupendas, sobre todo la terraza. No sé si es por la crisis, pero está escaso de personal en los bufets, tanto del desayuno como a la cena. Mala y lenta gestión en recepción que forma colas y además me hicieron pagar por anticipado. Mi reserva era media pensión pero no incluía bebidas, ni siquiera agua mineral, y todo esto sin ningún aviso en mi reserva de booking. |
