Relaxing with all we were looking for in a chill out 1 week school week holiday. Lunch (snack) menu was perhaps lacking and reception bar service a bit slow/ under staffed at times. |

Overall the sunrise reading a book in the balcony. Food was ok as well. Perfect for non local people (is not my case). Surprisingly enough only two people in reception could speak spanish, so I had to ask for a couple of things in english. |

Spa avdelingen var fin, spesielt bassenget. Det hele minnet om et Cruise "på land", med mulighet til å bevege seg utenom området- Bedre merking av alternativ fremkommeliget til heiser |

Spa, men tyvärr var det mesta fullbokat! Fin miljö, trevlig design.. Personalen på spa-avdelningen var mycket serviceinriktad och trevlig. Fantastiskt bad på spa-avdelningen! Serviceandan var inte alltid det man förväntade sig. Man fick oftast vänta på svar och hjälp. Peronalen visste väldigt lite om omgivningen. Tillgång till datorer och då man väl fick tag på en så fungerade den inte alla gånger. |

instalaciones Reservé habitación alta y me dieron la más baja, con posibilidad insegura de cambiarla al día siguiente, con reserva realizada con un mes de anterioridad. El chek out, lo realizó una persona que no hablaba mi idioma (Castellano) |

Es un hotel muy tranquilo, especial para el relax Algo lenta la recpción, y poco espaciosa, se acumulabn las personas en fila de espera, mas bien aglomeradas. |

El servicio de spa y las vistas del hotel al Atlántico. Su construcción es incómoda. Has de dar muchos paseos para llegar a cualquier lugar. |

el servicio de dos horas de puesta en forma en la piscina de la talasoterapia Que en el cuarto de baño no haya bidé y exista poca luz. Además mucho aparato electrónico para verificar datos y estos no eran correctos. Queda muy feo, con la categoría del hotel, que se tenga que dar una fianza por las toallas. Y por último al contratar con ustedes el hotel y no por su página no pudimos hacer uso del bono gratuito al spa |

tiene unas vistas inmejorables,la comida es muy buena y con gran variedad,tiene servicio de aparcamiento y se disfruta de una gran tranquilidad el unico pero que le pongo es que nos han puesto en una habitacion que se comunicaba con la habitacion de al lado por una puerta interior y se escuchaba todo. |

la comida y las vistas la habitacion muy sencilla, en tres dias no me cambiaron las toallas (4 estrellas) y el personal de restaurantes y cafeterias muy mal educado y de mal gusto excepto en recepcion |

Havutsikten fra rommet var bra. Ellers tilsvarte samtlige av de andre av hotellets fasiliteter, servicenivå beliggenhet, aktiviteter for ikke å si mat, som var en skandale til mine forventninger! Ikke averter med oppvarmede basseng, når det i praksis ikke er tilfelle! Når det blir averter med innendørs basseng etc., bør det også informeres at barn under 15 år ikke har adgang. Når det averetres med mini/lekeklubb med aktiviteter for barn, bør det tilføyes at dette er et lite asfaltert inngjerdet område, ikke akkurat noe barnevennlig. |
