The deluxe suite we stayed in, was very spatious. Staff is friendly. Decent breakfast. Across the street, there is a launch ramp for yachts. This can be disturbingly noisy, especially in the morning. Also, there is a ventilation or airconditioning installation right under the balcony doors of the deluxe suites. Don't think about spending a nice quiet evening on your balcony: there's a constant loud buzz. |

Excellent infinity pool overlooking the ocean, very exclusive. The suites are very spacious and very comfortable for a family of 4-5 (even offer small kitchen). Also the rate which included half-board was quite convenient. It was requested to pay to change the beach towels, to pay to use the safe in the room, all things that one would expect included in a hotel of the category. |

Service, cleanliness, pool, room size ( we had the larger size), close to resort amenities and easy to access (no steep access), good wheelchair access. If anything i thought 8 euros for breakfast was expensive for the quality provided it was not bad but i would say average. |

We liked everything about The Marina Suites. Staff were always polite and helpful especially a receptionist called Ieda .Think i got the name right. As there was a taxi strike on the day we left she ordered us a car to take us to the airport. Will definetly return. |

The description of the hotel matched what we got when we went there. The room was very spacious with a terrific view of the marina. The food was good and there was a great variety to choose from. The pool was magnificent and the view from here was amazing! There was no information about day trips or night time entertainment in Puerto Rico the lobby. We had to search around for bikes to hire which we eventually got. Considering they have no info in the lobby a map of how to get to the tourist onformation office would be helpful. |

Spotless, spacious suites. Beautiful infinity pool and also hot tubs. Good snack bar by the pool. Restaurant had reasonable selection of food most nights. Drinks were not overly expensive. Some front desk staff not welcoming. Pool area got quite crowded due to limited space |

hotel spotless, staff great, view across the harbour lovely, pool warm and outside gardens kept immaculate,in a lovely position, beds, comfortable, great power showers, compared to other resorts this was deffinately the best, would go again. the food! this let the hotel down, breakfast was ok, not a lot of choice compared to other 4* hotels, evening meal -nothing exciting and main course hot dishes neaded to be served hot not luke warm, but for room only deal, the sellect suite choice, helpfull staff and a good pool /rooms with a view this hotel would suit any familly with children, but wouldnt bother with 1/2 board. |

The closeness to the beach, all the apartments are spacious, and very clean, with a nice view over the seas, beaches and puerto rico harbours the staff were sometimes quite unfriendly, there was limited computers that were used by everyone in the hotel. the reservation of sunbeds of by the pool was ridiculous. |

The pool facilities and the large well laid out rooms. It also has an excellent location to access the attractions in Puerto Rico. The reception staff were terrible and on the 3 ocassions I actually went to them for assistance they were pretty rude. They really let a pretty good hotel down. The hotel only has one shower room for departing guests in a 200+ room hotel, on our departure date we got a whole 15 mins for 3 of us to get showered and ready. Anyone who is thinking of going only go if you are getting a better deal than the Marasol and Gloria Palace and dont go full board. |

Stayed at the Marina Suites from 7nights between 3rd September to 10th September. We found the Hotel pleasing to the eye with a modern "boutique" feel to it. The staff behave correctly and if approached politely they will respond in kind. We had a pool level room changed for a top level [floor 9] seaview dealt with speedily. The views are spectacular from here over the pool deck to the sea and part of the Marina with yachts and boats. The apartment room for the 3 of us was spacious including a kitchenette which has sliding doors thereby not imposing into the ambience of the living area. The balcony is all chrome, glass and marble which gives a luxury high spec finish to everything and compares well with top range hotels in the far east. Nothing to complain about. I amazed at criticism about the food. The buffet was always varied, themed and excellent. The cleanliness of the room suberb with towels changed daily. The sun lounger issue was not a problem and we always found our favourite spot. The breakfast plentifulwith surprises every day and there is also an animation theme. The only drawback [for me] was the lack of an indoor pool/spa facility which would have made this a 10 and therefore I award an overall 9. |

The rooms were very big with a great view over harbour. Good location. Was one of the best we saw. Great shower. Could have been a bit cleaner. Beds were hard. No wifi in rooms only internet via cable which you pay for. You had to pay for use of the safe. No tea or coffee supplied. Aircon not very good. |

The suites were extremely roomy and big which is very good. the pool is also lovely. i especially liked the fact that the pool guy did not allow people to leave their towels on the beds early morning and not return till late. The lifts were extremely slow. |
