The closeness to the beach, all the apartments are spacious, and very clean, with a nice view over the seas, beaches and puerto rico harbours the staff were sometimes quite unfriendly, there was limited computers that were used by everyone in the hotel. the reservation of sunbeds of by the pool was ridiculous. |

The pool facilities and the large well laid out rooms. It also has an excellent location to access the attractions in Puerto Rico. The reception staff were terrible and on the 3 ocassions I actually went to them for assistance they were pretty rude. They really let a pretty good hotel down. The hotel only has one shower room for departing guests in a 200+ room hotel, on our departure date we got a whole 15 mins for 3 of us to get showered and ready. Anyone who is thinking of going only go if you are getting a better deal than the Marasol and Gloria Palace and dont go full board. |

Stayed at the Marina Suites from 7nights between 3rd September to 10th September. We found the Hotel pleasing to the eye with a modern "boutique" feel to it. The staff behave correctly and if approached politely they will respond in kind. We had a pool level room changed for a top level [floor 9] seaview dealt with speedily. The views are spectacular from here over the pool deck to the sea and part of the Marina with yachts and boats. The apartment room for the 3 of us was spacious including a kitchenette which has sliding doors thereby not imposing into the ambience of the living area. The balcony is all chrome, glass and marble which gives a luxury high spec finish to everything and compares well with top range hotels in the far east. Nothing to complain about. I amazed at criticism about the food. The buffet was always varied, themed and excellent. The cleanliness of the room suberb with towels changed daily. The sun lounger issue was not a problem and we always found our favourite spot. The breakfast plentifulwith surprises every day and there is also an animation theme. The only drawback [for me] was the lack of an indoor pool/spa facility which would have made this a 10 and therefore I award an overall 9. |

The rooms were very big with a great view over harbour. Good location. Was one of the best we saw. Great shower. Could have been a bit cleaner. Beds were hard. No wifi in rooms only internet via cable which you pay for. You had to pay for use of the safe. No tea or coffee supplied. Aircon not very good. |

The suites were extremely roomy and big which is very good. the pool is also lovely. i especially liked the fact that the pool guy did not allow people to leave their towels on the beds early morning and not return till late. The lifts were extremely slow. |

Everything was great. The food was varied to suit different tastes. The room was spacious and very clean. The location was excellent, right next to the marina and not up in the hills. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were activities to take part in if you wished otherwise you could relax by the pool or in the jacuzzi. Nothing that would prevent me from returning again. I would definitely stay here if I return to puerto rico. |

Relaxing at the pool overlooking the sea and marina, the guaranteed sunshine and visiting the varied restuarants in the area. The four special shaded deck chairs overlooking the pool were seldom vacant as some shaded deck chairs were booked with towels early each morning and the individuals only used them for a few hours each day. On our second week childern of 12 to 14 yr were often using both Jacuzzi's and prevented adults from using them when required, the hotel rule states that children under 16 yrs must not use the jacuzzi. |

I could not fault the Marina suites..everything was perfect .Location was really good ,all on the flat so no walking up these steep hills. The apartment was very well equipt and the decor was so uplifting spacious and bright with a fantastic view of the marina. We found lots of nice restuarants a stones throw away and not too expensive either . |

The apartments are nice and bright, spacious and airy and the beds are very comfortable, not like the usual holiday beds. this was our second time staying there so we knew what to expect and everything was the same. The only thing that I had a problem with was the extortionate prices at the pool bar for soft drinks and water and the safety deposit box cost us nearly 40.00 |

The rooms were very spacious and clean and very quiet at night so we got a great night's sleep. The pool is the best feature of the hotel looking out over the ocean. The only gripe is that the boatyard next to the hotel can be noisy some days depending on what wsl they are doing but it can only be heard from the rooms, not the pool area |

The views from our corner room on the 8th floor were stunning and it was very relaxing. Our room was very big, clean and spacious. The way the staff dealt with guests. At breakfast the first morning a waiter by the pool bar was very rude to us and told us we were sitting in the wrong place and that there were tables ready under the canopy which we should have sat at (which weren't free when we arrived for breakfast). We said there weren't any tables free when we came down and he said "Fine, you can stay at this one". |

The location and view being on the harbour front was delightful. The quality and quantity of food in both the pool area and restaraunt was superb. The friendly and helpful staff were a pleasure. Frustrating when staying in the hotel having to pay the habour car park daily fee to get to hotel in car and park. Would be beneficial to hotel customers if some arrangements could be made. |
