Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was spotless. Location was excellent as you are at ground level as opposed to being up on the hill and have a great view of the harbour. Check out is at 12pm but the hotel provides luggage storage and a room for 30mins should you wish to go to the beach for a few hours and then go back to the hotel to get cleaned up. The hotel charges for use of the safe in the room (EUR 16 per week) - this should be inclusive for a 4* hotel. The kitchen was well equipted but there was no cloth or washing-up liquid for cleaning. |

The locality is great as it is on the lower level of Puerto Rico so there are no flights of stairs to climb everyday. Is also very close to the beach & restaurants The only thing I didnt like was the shower as the temperature kept changing from hot to cold. |

the location is excellent if you are looking for somewhere near the marina and the staff were very friendly and helfpul there were only twin beds in our room and the shower would intermittently go extremely hot |

Location; size and furnishings of suites; cleanliness; space and facilities around pool area. Helpfulness of Management personnel.A well managed very comfortable quiet place to stay. Some Suites shaded from sunshine for a large part of the day. We were moved when we requested so. |

It was very comfortable to get a suite just beside the pool. The clearner was very good and friendly. The hotel food was also served to the room. There was only one male pair. The hotel was in a safe place besides yacht club. Beach was also nearby. Pool was very cold. I got ear pain when swimming in such a cold water. My daughter lost her hat - it was never found. But my hat was found. Pizzas were not very good, but grilled tune with canarian potations was delicitions. |

The hotel lies nicely at the harbour, it is easy to go by bus or boat to other places, The hotel is small and frendly, this is our third stay at the hotel. The "lenguado menuere" is excellent. We will come here next year too. |

Situación y tranquilidad. Personal muy amable. A pesar de estar prohibido, los niños jugando en la piscina de mayores con las colchonetas y alterando la tranquilidad del hotel. |

Limpeza do quarto, simpatia dos funcionários, parque de carros fechado e gratuito, piscina bastante razoável. No geral não houve falhas. Não me ocorre nada a reportar, a não ser o facto de ter que se pagar o cofre no quarto. |

Todo perfecto, el trato de los empleados, la habitación, la piscina, la ubicación perfecta para visitar la isla, la playa está a menos de 5 minutos andando al igual que un supermercado donde puedes encontrar todo lo necesario. Recomendable 100%. Yo si vuelvo a visitar a la isla no dudaría en repetir. Todo perfecto. |

La ubicación del hotel con vistas al puerto es excelente. La amabilidad del personal. Las habitaciones se corresponden con las fotografías, son muy amplias y además en cuanto menaje tiene todo lo necesario. El desayuno es completo. Por decir algo, el dulce del desayuno lo van sacando poco a poco. Debería estar todo a la vez. |

Nous avons bien aimé la piscine et le fait que ce soit un hotel à taille humaine (peu de chambres), le formule apparthotel qui laisse une grande liberté, la vue sur le port et le calme environnent, le fait que ce soit de plein pied avec le centre car à porto rico tout est construit sur le rocher. Pas de chaines de télévision française mais on s'en passe en vacances et le personnel de l'hotel ne parlant pas le français mais qui parle tres bien anglais |

El trato es excelente, desde la llegada hasta la salida, se preocupan bastante porque todo esté perfecto y que te sientas lo mejor posible. Elegí este hotel para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi novio y todo el personal nos trató increiblemente bien. La verdad es que nos dio pena irnos tan pronto del hotel y ninguno de los dos duda en volver de nuevo. Muchas gracias a todo el personal del hotel Morasol Suites por el trato recibido y la atención especial que han tenido con nosotros. Mi estancia ha sido fantástica no tengo nada malo que decir, es más se lo he recomendado a mis amistades. |

El hotel es muy tranquilo, vistas al puerto de Puerto Rico, parking gratuito, habitaciones grandes y bien equipadas... es perfecto para relajarse uns días. Personal del hotel muy amable. Se debería cuidar un poco más el tema de la limpieza de la habitaciones. |

El gusto con el que estan decoradas las habitaciones, así como la distribución de la misma. Es un apartamento precioso. Además he de valorar muchísimo la atención de todo el personal pero en concreto el de recepción y las atenciones que tienen con los clientes Solo una cosa y es que a determinadas horas de la mañána hay mucho ruido, debería ser más silencioso para el buen descanso del cliente |
