Fairly good location near the sea front. Very rude staff and manager. When we complained, manager drove off in her car! Coakroaches everywhere, running around then restaurant and crushed on the plates. |

the staff was very helpful the food pretty good and it was very clean , most of all the staff!!! it' quite far from where everything happens the bus take too long to get to playa del americas or los cristianos and the taxi is about 30 euro frankly too much!! a shame because is a nice an very inexpensive hotel!!! |

The size of appartment,that was huge and very well equiped, the nice views of the pools, and the very good price and quality relationship. Lack of reserved parking places for those with cars. |

Our rooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen (as is frequently the case) was spartan but adequate for our needs. The decor was acceptable although a little shabby in parts. The location is fantastic. Get an apartment overlooking the main pool. Let down by a few cracked tiles and shabby furniture. |

the hotel was in an excellent situation in Puerto Santiago and we liked the fact that we could come and go when we wanted to, without any restrictions. Yes, most emphatically. On our previous holiday there, we were in Section G. That was excellent. This holiday we were put in Section D. The music around the pool until 5pm at night was deafening. |

It's really very nice hotel with friendly staff. The best price for Tenerife! 10 minutes of walking to the beach. No billiards after 9pm. But it is trifles :) |

Watching people hanging around the pool at 08:30 waiting for the beds to be unlocked so that they could 'bagsy' them. Cleaning seemed a bit hit & miss. Would clean 3 days in a row then nothing for the next 3 days |

La verdad que quede gratamente sorprendido con el servicio de buffet, la calidad de comidas, no asi en la poca flexibilidad de horarios. Necesita mas atención en detalles de mantenimiento. Por lo demás, todo correcto. |

Por decir algo positivo, el precio, aunque en este caso lo barato sale caro Casi todo, instalaciones antiguas, esta totalmente enfocado a los guiris y es de sobra conocido que esta gente es de gusto pesimo. Apartamentos sin nada, mobiliario cutre, da asco sentarse en la cama o el sofa. Lleno de niños chillando. Piscina repleta de gente. Vamos todo muy garrulo. No quise ni bañarme ni probar la comida de alli. No vayais a no ser que seasis guiris. Hay sitios mejores cerca de alli. De todos los que estuve este fue el peor con diferencia |

Muy barato, poco más se puede pedir por los precios que tienen... La limpieza de la habitación la hacen cuando les parece, un día si, dos no...y...Hay cucarachas del tamaño de un mechero!!!!! |

Lo que más me gusta son las piscinas y el trato del personal del hotel, tanto en recepción como limpieza y mantenimiento. Y la tranquilidad del lugar. las piscinas tienen falta de pintar. |

El buen trato del personal me llamó la atención especialmente. Antes de que el encargado de desencadenar las hamacas llegue, la piscina está llena de gente esperando para poner la toalla. Es decir, entre las 8 y las 8.15 ya están todas prácticamente ocupadas por toallas, incluidas las que están rotas.Esto ocurrió en Octubre. No quiero ni imaginar cómo será en Agosto. |

Las piscinas, aunque están deterioradas son grandes y abarcan a la gran multitud de personas que se alojan en los apartamentos. La zona de los Gigantes es muy tranquila y siempre está soleada. Que desde las 8 de la mañana no haya ni una hamaca libre, puesto que al ser la comida en los apartamentos tan barata la gente deje reservada las hamacas antes de irse a desayunar y luego no haya ni una libre para los que no han optado por el todo incluido. |

El apartamento es espacioso, tiene una amplia cocina y baño y el trato con el personal bastante bueno y eficiente El echo de que es bastante ruidoso, y si uno va con planes de descansar por la noche lo tiene bastante crudo. Las fiestas en la piscina hasta altas horas de la madrugada |
