Excellent value for money and the staff very friendly and extremely helpful. The location was excellent - very close to a lovely beach with a variety of small cafes, bars and restaurants. Good shops and regular bus routes closeby (very easy to get around the island) |

The cost. The proximity to the beach and restaurants. The free use of the internet. The friendly staff who even if they did not know the answer to a questoin would call other people who might. |

Friendliness of all staff. Everywhere in the hotel was so clean. Very comfortable bed, room had good quality furniture and very adequate bathroom facilities. Bus Station, Harbour and Beach all within easy walking distance. |

Extremely friendly and helpful staff at reception, who (among them) speak very good English and some German as well as Spanish. The Pujol has been completely renovated not too long ago and offers excellent services and value for money (including a PC with free internet access in the lobby). I would return to the Pujol any time. The Pujol is located next to a busy road, so there is a lot of traffic noise. The rooms have no air conditioning. |

Good proximity to the beach. Helpful staff. Free wifi works (and when it went down the staff actually took action to fix it). The cafe downstairs is terrible. Worst cortado/cafe I've had in Spain. The toiletries are very much lacking. The bed is, as usual in Spain, too hard. |

la ubicación, y la tranquilidad, en las habitaciones interiores, en el exterior, es ruidoso, pero como todos los hoteles de esa zona donde hay mucho tráfico y muchísimos bares y restaurantes. Justo enfrente de éste hotel está la casa de Galicia, excelente si te sobra el dinero Un problema de ruidos con las cajas de la electricidad, me tuve que cambiar de habitación y aunque al principio en la nueva no se oía el ruido, acabó por aparecer |

Accueil chaleureux, consigne de bagages à l'accueil (bien pour libérer la chambre plus tôt et aller visiter la ville sans soucis), coffre fort dans la chambre, bonne situation en centre ville, proche de la plage, nombreux restaurants dans le quartier On entend tous les bruits de la rue à travers la porte fenêtre, nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à fermer la fenêtre de la salle de bain, bouchons d'oreille obligatoires. Matelas à ressorts trop rebondissants, alèse en caoutchouc. Pas de parking à l'hôtel. Difficile de trouver une place dans la rue maintenant gratuite (zone bleue). Parking payant (cher) à proximité. |

Muy cerca del centro comercial El Muelle y la Plaza Santa Catalina. El personal es realmente amable. La habitación estaba bien insonorizada y al cerrar la ventana, no se escucha el ruido de la calle. Nada que destacar. |
