We offer you a three stars, rural hotel, which belongs to the Club de Calidad Casonas Asturianas (Asturias Large Houses Quality Club). It is located in the country side, inside a beautiful park, only five minutes from the city of Gijón and its famous beach.
The hotel is surrounded by a 20.000 square meters park, with native and foreign gorgeous specimens of trees. This park is only for the use of our clients. The hotel, with 22 beds, is located in the main house of the property. This house is more than 300 years old. We have taken advantage of our many years of experience in the lodging business in order to adapt the house to satisfy the needs and wishes of our clients, providing a very peaceful and comfortable environment.

It is a double room with a matrimonial bed, 1.50m. x 2.00 m. (king size).On the main floor, very sunny and south oriented, with a view to the garden. There is a bronze statue, representing a blacksmith, in front of the window.

Room 3
It is a double room with two 0.90m. x 2.00 m. beds. On the main floor, with a view to the garden, on the main front. Also mahogany platform floor.

Room 4
It is one of our special rooms, double with matrimonial bed, 1.50 x 2.00 m.
On the first floor (elevator available), with a view to the garden.
The northern windows allow seeing the city of Gijon, its sea and the majestic building of “La Universidad Laboral”.

Room 5
It is another of our special rooms, double, with two beds, 1.50 m. x 1.82 m. On the first floor, with a view to the garden from a splendid balcony with two armchairs, a table and a hammock.

Room 6
It is a double room with a matrimonial bed, 1.50 m. x 2.00 m. On the first floor, with a view to the garden on the main front and to the city of Gijon.

It is one of our double rooms, with two beds, 1.05 m. x 2.00 m. On the first floor, very sunny and with a view to the garden.

It is a double room with a matrimonial bed, 1.50 m. x 2.00 m. On the first floor, with a view to the garden on the main front.

It is one of our special rooms, double, with matrimonial bed, 1.50 m. x 2.00 m. On the first floor, with a view to the garden and a magnificent vantage point.

It is a beautiful double room in the attic, with two beds, size 0.90 m. x 2.00 m. On the second floor (elevator to the first floor), with a view to the garden.

Travel information

From the highway A8, take the exit 385, with the sign "Gijón” (La Guía). Always follow the signs indicating “Jardín Botánico” (Botanic Garden). Once you are on the old road N-632, by the “Jardín Botánico”, take the turn to the right, with the sign "Santurio y Cefontes". After 100 meters, take the turn to the left, to Santurio. Drive approximately 100 meters more, and take the turn to the left, to Deva. This is the road called "Camino de las Quintas". Drive 350 meters more to find the entrance of the hotel, on the right side of the road.
