The space, the internet and friendliness of the staff. Its great that they spaek fluent english and are very polite and helpful. It felt like a home away from home You need to put up hotel signs on the roads because I got lost twice at night but instinctively found it because it was already like home. |

The Hotel was just like the reviews we´d read. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and staff friendly and helpful. Being so close to the Metro meant travelling into the center of Madrid was easy. It was also near a supermarket and we found a great cafe for pastries. We would definitely stay there again. |

La ubicación céntrica y el trato del personal de recepción. Las camas son un tanto incómodas y las instalaciones empiezan a verse algo descuidadas. La terecera cama de la habitación era un sofá extensible y el baño era bastante pequeño, sin mucho espacio para dejar las cosas de tres personas. |

Me ha sorprendido enormemente que al tener un armario-cocina con nevera, micro-ondas y placa vitrocerámica, sin embargo no había ni una sola pieza de vajilla, cubiertería, cafetera, etc. No había ni un vaso. |
