Prime location, price. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Barcelona is noisy at night and the windows could be better insulated. Providing a pair of ear plugs is not the right way to deal with this. |

First room they gave us had a stong smell of cigar. Second one, we had to ask to be changed to a more comfortable room (bed was small + small room) . The third room was better but noisy (third floor) |

Great location. Very modern and sleek design. Room was too warm and stuffy. It was cool outside (late October) and was able to open window which helped. The front desk informed they had just turned off the AC's for the winter. I believe it should be available year round at a 4 star. If you need circulated AC in Autumn - Spring, do not stay here. |

Very clean, modern confortable rooms. Saturday night disco in the bar was a bit of a surprise, very noisy, not condusive to enjoying a late night drink and it could be heard in our room. For a 4 star hotel I would have expected tissues to be supplied in the room. |

Comfortable pillows, nice lobby with a great bar and music, the staff is a bit inexperienced and english is weak, this obviously is only a problem for non-spanish speaking travelers. |

Quiet hotel. Large rooms, if a bit dark due to the browns and blacks in the decor. Room safe was broken, staff very slow to respond to help fix the problem. Eventually was told at about 1.30am that nothing could be done that night. Was moved to another room the next day(which was a good solution). New room had no shampoo. House-keeping informed, did not replace it the same day. Next day had to be reminded.Hotel quite far from sights |

Perfect location for exploring the city and great modern interior. Large room with luxury bathroom and balcony. Couldn't have asked for more for the price. |

Well-designed and with good attitude of staff. Really liked the interior design. And bathroom with rain shower and bath was perfect. And also location was suitable for us, just between two important metro stops and close to Catalonia square. The blankets were missing from the room (just daily blanket and sheets) and also the breakfast wasn't as good as we expected (plus it was extra). And for double rooms also shampoos, shower gels should be more than one piece to be shared... |

Huone oli siisti, hotellin sijainti hyvä. Aamupala hyvä, mutta kallis. Liikenteen melu kuului huoneeseen. Saimme ensin tupakoivien huoneen, vaikka olimme varauksessa pyytäneet savuttoman huoneen. Hotelli kuitenkin vaihtoi huoneen oikeaan. |

es un hotel muy bonito de diseño actual y práctico bastante bien ubicado la habitación para tres personas era realmente una habitación para dos y no muy grande. Estuvimos apretados. Sin embargo el precio si fue de tres. Muy caro para lo que fue la habitación. |
