Staff very helpful in changing room as the first smelled of smoking. Location is in an industrial park beside motorway. The double rooms are small but adequate. The rates are high taking this into consideration. The restaurant could not cope with the amount of guests in the hotel. |

Hotel is in the middle of trucking businesses and definitely not in or near Zaragoza. Does not meet 4 star standards. Room very small; no english language TV; standard of meals was poor; heating was set too high and couldn't be adjusted. |

Very bad smell around the hotel, guess because of nearby factory. Smoking neighbors - bad conditioning - smell was in the room also. Stay away from this hotel. |

The hotel was easy to locate. The staff were pleasant and very freindly. Most of the hotels I stayed at in Spain greeted you with details of the hotel and a tourist map of the local area or town. The hotel was a let down in this respect. I had to go into Zaragoza and purchase one.I picked a tourist map up and gave it to reception. It would pay the hotel to get in touch with the local tourist office for some maps, after all this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. |

The girl on reception when I paid my bill was really helpful, but the girl on the desk on arrival was average. The food in the restaurant was not of the standard one would expect! It was very noisy because of the surrounding area. Not a peaceful sleep. |

the chill-out bar on top of the Hotel with the beautiful views; parking for cars is easy; prices for lunch and dinner are ok (even in the EXPO time) souroundings are an industrial zone with a lot of garbage, not the nicest area to stay (although from the bar on the top you don´t notice it) |
