All charges whether in the lounge, restaurant, or spa went to the room bill, thus conveniently consolidating bill paying and calculating the total cost of the trip. Turn down service was impeccable, and it was nice to have bilingual reception staff. The spa staff was experienced and polite. The front desk went out of their way to ensure we had airline seats reserved. |

The property is beautiful, the staff were hospitable, friendly, helpful and downright adorable. Santander is in a part of Spain that does not speak English, and being the only one of 3 that speaks high-school spanish, ie, not much, the hotel staff went out of their way to make sure that we knew where we were going and what to do. They were very knowledgable of the area and were always available. |

A beautiful classical hotel in a wonderful location. The sea view rooms are highly recommended. Probable due to the hotels age the sound proofing between rooms could have been better. |

Es un hotel con una imagen exterior espectacular pero en el interior descubres que las habitaciones estan obsoletas con unos cuartos de baño indignos para el dineral que se paga por ellas. |

el hotel es muy agradable el personal muy atento las zonas comunes estan muy comodas,lo mejor la terraza del hotel que tiene unas vistas impresionantes a toda la bahia el unico inconveniente fue el ruido de las tuberias del baño de la habitacion contigua que cuando se utilizaban el ruido era bastante molesto en mi habitacion |

El edificio .La planta baja que mira a los jardines El hotel es GL ,y los servicios no lo son.Precios muy elevados ( un café tres euros ) no significa lujo.Se esperan más servicios :prensa en la habitación , y no escasa en el bar.Opción de desayuno en la cafetería ( no abren hasta las 11 ).Algunas tiendas,etc. |

Superbe hotel type palace , services de grande qualité , les espaces salon sont trés cosy .Personnel prévenant et sympa . Notre chambre était immense . Le buffet du PDJ est tout à fait à la hauteur du standing de l'hôtel . Parking gratuit . Le restaurant est un peu moyen et le rapport qualité/prix pas optimal . |
