Efficiency of the staff. Dinner at 50% discount at the restaurant of the hotel was worth the money and appreciated. In general stay is comfortable. |

Excellent spot, walking distance from 3 out of the 4 major museums. Metro station at the door. Hosts apart from the hotel restaurant, an additional restaurant offering reasonable breakfast. However, I believe it's a little expensive for a 3 star hotel. What was very wrong is the fact that by ordering the reservation from you directly, (3 months in advance) my account was charged with the full amount of my stay on that day. The hotel explained to me that had I done it directly through them, I would have been charged only on the day that I left !!! I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and it never happened to me before. |

We came back to this hotel because of free Wifi in all rooms... The staff was very nice and the rooms are nice and quiet. The hotel restaurant is a smoking restaurant, so we stayed away from that. Sadly that made the whole lobby stink... Had the rest of the hotel stunk like that we would not come back, but it doesn't. So if you can stand the immediate bad smell you'll be fine. |

Great location within 5 minutes from main landmarks (Plaza Maior, Retiro, Palace Real, Sol, Chueca, ...). Restaurant and bar are very nice, rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly. I recommand the hotel for your next trip to Madrid. No english channel on TV. |

The Prado and the Parque del bien Retiro The only window in the room opened into a small, noisy and enclosed central yard without any view at all, but the room was extremely spacious and the hotel comfort and situation could not be bettered |

Fair quality-price ratio. This hotel is down town next to a metro station. Very good location to visite beautiful Madrid. Thiswas the third time I stayed at this hotel Many students where there for School trip, traffic and no parking. |

yes it was very comfortable and in a perfect location very close to Puerta del Sol. We got it for an amazing price of eur54 per night so it was well worth it. Rooms very clean, however, cleaners were extremely noisy inn the morning so dont expect to have a lie on!!! Staff on arrival weren't terribly friendly and cleaners very noisy in teh morning. |

Central to the historic precinct of Madrid from an overseas tourist point of view, especially if walking to the `Sol,' `Plaza Mayor' and the `Del Prado' area in the other direction. Easy to walk to the best locations or use the nearby Metro in that regard. Sightseeing bus stop near Sevill Metro a stones throw from the Regina. Excellent dining in the `non smoking' area of the restaurant. Did not worry us as we didn't have to rise early for transport, however, be aware that people do return to the hotel very late if a festival or similar is taking place in Madrid. They can be quite noisy. |
