The breakfast was good. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel was nearby the metro and was accesible to the city. The toilets bath place was unable to hold water leading to overflow in the bathroom. Towels were not kept the following days after the first day of cleaning. |

Rooms were very clean. Shower was big enough. Situated in a very nice and quiet area. It's not very close to the realy touristic center of the city but 15 mins away from parc Guëll in a quiet area with some nice plaza's in a cosy atmosphere. Towels were provided but they were not replaced often enough. Same story with the soap, wich obliged us to buy some extra soap. |

Breakfast is OK for 4 Euros a day but we bought our breakfast at the supermarket around the corner. There are a lot shops, supermarkets, restaurants and take aways in the vicinity. Internet PC's were not working most of the time but as it is a free service it didn't matter to me this much. |

Clean, very simple (no tv/phone in room) accommodations in a pleasant neighborhood, 5-minute walk to the Metro, and less than a 10-minute ride to downtown Barcelona. A grocery store was around the corner, which was useful for packed lunches. Friendly staff. A comfortable, safe place for a single traveler. Good value for the money! Wifi was not working at all during my entire stay; hotel computers could maintain an internet connection for only a couple of hours over the length of the stay. If you absolutely have to stay "connected" during your trip, you may want to consider another hotel. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs--the walls are on the thin side. |

Lovely clean hotel with very friendly staff. Located a bit outside the centre but there is a metro nearby. There are loads of cool little Tapas restaurants and bars in the locality which are far cheaper and authentic than the Ramblas!! |

The room was very clean and it is nearby two main subway stations. The rooms have wire-LAN internet but the speed is awful. The internet was not good at all. |

Their free internet and computers helps very much!! In other hotels with 4 stars they had charged internet 2 euros per 10 minutes. The welcome door, it was like night club. But the hotel was excellent |

Excellent value for money. The room was comfortable with surprisingly good en-suite facilities for the price paid. Close to the metro to allow easy access to all parts of the city. |

The reception staff were very friendly, and suggested a couple of places to eat and do some shopping. It is also very close to metro station and a stone throw away from Gracia (the college-student district) so you could find cosy little bars serving tapas and cheap beer. The hotel is also very close to Park Guell The heating only works with room key and it gets awfully cold as soon as the heating is off and it takes ages to get the room back to bearable temperature (mind you I stayed there in an exceptionally cold early-April). The bedding was clean and so were the towels, but the walls of the room were dirty. The shower stall is unbelievably tight. |

I liked the privacy of the place, it didn't feel as though there would be too much intrusion on my stay. a strange smell from the drainage system |

Good district of the city, good transoprt connections, comfortable room for the money. We had booked a room with double bed, but received a room with 2 single beds. Initially the reception clerk was very polite when he met us, but when I saw the 2 single beds and tried to sort it out, he was very rude. |

Staff was friendly, room was large (3 bed room for 1 person), Internet access worked. This is a student dorm building, so do not expect otherwise. |
