We liked the location of the hotel, within Barrio Santa Cruz and close to our favorite freiduria. The air conditioning was not up to par. |

Stayed in this hotel 7 times and will still come again. Rather big crockroach climbed out of the sink unexpectedly. |

Perfect location at city centre, fully refurbished hotel with modern rooms and very nice and spacious bathrooms. A bit noisy from upstairs due to poor isolation. Marble floors are very nice but cold - the hotel could have provided free slippers. |

Very clean, nice room, friendly staff that speak English, good beds, recommended Negative points were few if any, pillows were very soft (but i always bring my own so not tested). If you come by car, the garage is perfect (they didn't charge me!!) , but VERY difficult to find, give a taxi a few euros to drive infront of you or you won't find it |

The central location- the staff members- and the fact that our room looked over the square where so much was haappening but the room was very quiet when the doors were shut. |

Muy céntrico, a dos pasos de la Catedral. Instalaciones nuevas y bien cuidadas. No enamora, pero tampoco defrauda. Buen precio. Servicios algo escasos (lógico porque el hotel no es caro). Desayuno caro, de hecho enfrente tienes buenos bares/cafeterías a mucho mejor precio. |
