Excellent location in the centre of the city within easy reach of the Metro. Shops,coffee bars,restaurants, pubs,churches,and Barcelona's Ramblas all very very close.Nothing negative to say.Recommended. n/a |

The excellent location right in the centre of the Barri Gotic, just off the Ramblas. The rate was good , but it was in the low season. My room had a very attractive bathroom. There were occasional very loud noises ( machinery ?) from other rooms (pipes, etc) and from the corridor or somewhere . Some of the public parts of the hotel ( corridors on our floor) seemed to be unfinished or in need of refurbishment. There was no hairdryer supplied in the room. |

Very close to Ramblas and other tourist attractions. Staff were helpful. This hotel is extremely noisy, this was made worse by the fact that there was a music festival on when we were there. The external soundproofing (windows are single glazed) is next to zero and the street outside is very busy with people who seem to enjoy yelling all night. My advice would be to ask for a room not facing Ferran Street and take ear plugs! |

Excellent position from which to explore Las Ramblas. Very relaxed and informal atmosphere, which is just what we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a bit small, and there was some renovation work going on, but it didn't disturb us too much. |

Noisy fan all night in first room, but switch of rooms was without fuss on complaining. 2nd room air conditioning gave out cold air all night whatever the setting– only choice was off or additional blanket. But didn't complain. No replacement shampoo or soap in room for third night/morning. Again didn't complain–time was at a premium. |

in the centre, close to La Rambla, 1. redecoration of the corridors was in progress during my stay - no carpets on the corridors, 2. cleaning service knocking to check if the room is empty and they could do it- during one morning it happened 3 or 4 times, the washbasin was out of order, nobody repaired it after reporting :( |
