The clean, spacious room, and the good quality of services provided, make this a good stoppover. There is a simple cafeteria, serving drinks and meals. The evening meal is of good average quality and very good value. It's position on an industrial estate and proximity to a busy junction, means that this is a good overnight stop, rather than a place to spend a few days. |

Good staff (multilingual), good location just near the Baya business park. 5€ breakfast from the bar situated in the same building is a rip off, do not book it with the room. Better to get it separately or outside the hotel. |

Only that the staff dealt with early morning (04.30 - 05.30) rowdiness in the next room and they put our ice-blocks in their freezer. Rooms are basic. TV reception very poor and few channels. Noisy, rather dirty, vast and very basic cafeteria. Supposed restaurant was not open. Very poor food. Worst value hotel out of the 6 we stayed in during our visit to Spain |

The room design and the cleanliness were really excellent. The most important thing was the airconditioning. Calm at night. It was not easy to find according to the given address in the site. |

This is an extremely good value budget hotel with all the facilities required for a enjoyable stay. The cafe and restaurant attached provided a good variety of reasonably priced meals and snacks. Good location for visiting other cities for example Vitoria Haro or Burgos |

The hotel is starkly modern but ideal for an overnight stay being directly on the main road to Bilbao. We had a very good menu del dia in the evening and a very good snack breakfast. The room was large and comfortable. Not really. Just could not understand why it was so empty!!! |

This is only a overnight stop on an industrial estate next to motorway 50 kms from Bilbao. The large hotel is minimalist very modern but has large comfortable rooms with Wifi and good beds. There is also an excellent lockup garage underneath which is free. The restaurant which is very bad fast food. |

Chambre et salle de bain spacieuses, super déco.Parking en sous-sol privé et gratuit !!! Aucun risque de voir sa voiture fracturée. Très bruyant à l'extérieur (bruit de la route), impossible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte! Pas évident à trouver. |

A priori tiene un diseño moderno Muy sucio y desangelado. Las habitaciones, no tienen armarios. Las sábanas de mi habitación parecían sobadas por otro huesped y el suelo en general de todo el hotel donde había plaqueta estaban super sucios y pegajosos. El personal del restaurante muy borde. |
