The hotel was like a small Spanish village - very picturesque. It also had lovely pool areas. the staff on reception were very helpful. Restaurant was good with a great breakfst selection |

The room was lovely and comfortable, very well airconditioned, nice and spacious with easy access to swimming pool, restaurants and bars. The staff were lovely and friendly especially the night staff when coming in late at 3/4am!!...and extremely helpful with directions and travel arrangements. Hotel is well situated with buses and taxis on the doorstep. It has a lovely balance of a nice quiet atmosphere but with excellent activities to keep people entertained. Couldnt beleive the balance of ages from very young to very old and all seem to enjoy themselves. Had an excellent stay and will definitely return. |

Stayed half board and the food was an exceptional standard for a hotel of its size. We usually go out for meals but stayed in every evening! The cleanliness and the room service were excellent. |

Excellent value for money and well located within walking distance to Puerto Banus (10-15 mins). Breakfast buffet is very good with all the options a British traveller would need. This hotel won't take your breath away but it is clean, has nice pool areas and is ideal for a relaxing break. The airconditioning was very weak. |

The grounds were beautifully kept and the staff were extremely friendly. The Buffet offered a very good selection of foods. The air conditioning did not work and we were advised that it had not been switeched on for this year but they would do it for our room. This did not happen. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. I did not consider the hotel to be of a 4star standard. |

Pretty lay out of rooms, very quiet for relaxing during the day in the nice gardens. Not enough sun loungers around the pool. |

Hotel grounds were lovely, rooms were a little basic but comfortable and clean. Hotel staff were very friendly and accomodating. If you are looking for a nice hotel that does not come with the extortionate Puerto Banus prices this is a perfect place to stay. |

Lovely hotel, close to pt.banus and all golf courses at the coast. Make sure not to have the cheapest double rooms with one bed if you don't know your partner too well. |

Buffet meals poor quality and not enough staff at breakfast. Running out of milk and cereal which were only replenished after being drawn to the attention of staff and then after a long wait |

The hotel was excellent and the food was wonderful, there was so much choice. I would certainly recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Liked the fact that they accept pets, as we have a dog. Did not like the position of the hotel, being on a really busy main road. Although the road is at the back of the hotel, it is just the fact that every time you go out you have to fight your way through the traffic. |

the reception staff were exceptionally helpful. the bar staff were attentive and well presented. perhaps it is time to redecorate the rooms as although clean the yellow walls are perhaps a little out of date? |
