The Bolivian born reception girl was very charming and helpful when I asked her about some street adresses downtown Bilbao, of course in broken Spanish, not in English. The location and the view to the river were excellent. Nothing at all, it was just right for us, "dos chicas de oro". |

It says they have "Banelo" for all rooms, however in vain, only few rooms are with bathtub. However, this is a really nice location to go around Bilbao. It was noisy during morning especially from neiboring rooms. Also, it was hard to open room door with keys. |

Location was excellent, alongside the river and within easy walking distance of the centre of Bilbao. Shutters being slammed in premises below in the early hours of the morning. Walls paper thin and the couple in the next room talking and making love at 4.20 in the morning, along with a lot of noise from people in the street until even later. |

Great location, reasonable prices - overall good value. My room was rather dark, having only a small window facing a rather narrow courtyard. The facilities could do with redecorating. |

It is situated in the heart of the city. No taxis were needed at night. All places - restaurants, pubs, clubs were at walking distance length. The owners were friendly. |

The hotel was very central, within easy eccess of all the major sights. The staff were cordial, helpful and seemed to take an interest in their guests. They didn´t even mind me arriving at 3am!! If anything, the rooms were a bit on the basic side and the one I was given was at the back of the hotel so it didn´t get much light. Other than that, it was perfectly fine. |

Superb location for walking to: old center, car hire at renfe Bilboa, Guggenheim, Museo Bellas Artes, Corte Ingles, public traffic Very noisy at streetside, but nice view! |

La atención por parte de la señora de recepción. En segundo lugar que está muy bien situado para mis criterios de búsqueda. Poca luz en el cuarto de baño y en el ropero hay unas perchas para la ropa que son miserables: de alambre, de lo más precario. |

A excelente localização e a hospitalidade do pessoal. Mudar as cobertas das camas e as almofadas decorativas, já muito velhas e gastas. A decoração também poderia ser mais imaginativa. |
