It was only a one night stopover for us between flights. It was extremely comfortable, the bedroom was very attractive and everything was supplied in the bathroom. In the morning we had a very nice continental breakfast at the bar before leaving. The interior design of the hotel is very smart and tasteful. There was no hot water in the morning but I believe this was a fault that affected the whole hotel that particular morning. |

The hotel was very comfortable and we received excellent service from the staff. We were off on a special holiday to Morocco and it provided the perfect start spending the afternoon and evening relaxing in Gerona. The parking facility worked perfectly and we were picked up in good time on our return. |

Taxi free of charge back to airport. Express breakfast. Value for money. Family in front of us in the queue took 15 mins to check in and as it was after midnight we were very tired and ready for bed. No lifts in hotel. |

Excellent meal in their restaurant but had to ask them for extra portion as what we were given for €18 each was not suffice. The toilet was not clean. Bed not made properly (duvet hanging out of cover). |

It was perfect for a stop over after a late flight before moving on in the morning. Clean and comfy with a nice breakfast in the mornng. Absolutely not, there is nothing to dislike about this hotel providing you are fully aware that it is a stop gap for travelling or business and not a fortnights package tour. |

The restaurant staff really made the dinner a pleasant event for our family, which is not easy with a 5- and 2-year old. They understood the needs of children. The toys in the kids playing area were old and broken. |

Excellent staff. Airport transport very good. I would only recomend this hotel if the f Badly organised breakfast. In 4 star hotel room service should be available when restaurant is not available. Arriving after midnight I could not get hot drink not even mention food. With airlines restriction some facility should be for better food then crisps or biscuits from the machine. Also, with the price charged the should be fresh fruit joices available. One computer with internet service with printer that does not work is not good enough either, especially if you need to check in for the flight. The fact that the hotel is so near the airport does not qualify it for 4 star. Also, why should you pay for the room from 12 midday when you arrive after midnight. What hapened with early arrival fee? |

The location of the hotel being so close to girona airport. Also the swimming pool. Convenient stopover before travelling on to our final destination in southern France. Poor quality of rooms. Air conditioning totally inadequate. Our room had a distictly unpleasant odour. |

We stayed at Novotel last night of our holiday because it was close to Girona airport and our plane left very early in the morning. We visited Girona town; great! The free shuttle service to and from the airport is very essential in making the stay a positive and convenient experience. |

The staff were helpful. There was intial confusion with the booking, but this was sorted out. The shuttle bus between the aeropuerto and the hotel was efficient. I purchased a family room and was surprised at the bedding configuration. There was a double bed and two small single beds. One was a trundle which was not what was expected. The room was very cramped with the beds pulled out for sleeping. |
