The air conditioning in our room did not work and it felt like a 95 degree sauna. We asked multiple hotel personnel top take a look at it and to fix it with no response. We were told that it would be fixed while we were out but when we returned late at night the hotle staff was gone other than a security guard and the room was still intolerably hot. We were unable to sleep for most of the night. Hotel staff was completely unapologetic the next day. |

The staff were really helpful, the location was excellent and our triple room was a suite - fantastic value for money! The rooftop bar wasn't open |

Staff was pleasant and helpful. My luggage was lost by the airline for about 24 hours but was delivered to my room promptly on arrival at hotel by the hotel staff. We asked for a quiet room and got it #106. Quite small but nice bathroom with good shower. We did not have a mini refrigerator in our room. I didn't think to mention it until we were checking out. Person at desk was very surprised. Said every room was supposed to have one. I got the impression they would have supplied us with one if I had mentioned it earlier. |

The superior suite was wonderful with a balcony over Las Ramblas. Extra large king size bed and free wireless internet. If you want to be on top of the action, be ready for noise all night long. Fun to watch but hard to sleep. Bring your earplugs. |

The cleanliness of the room and the politeness of the staff The shower was difficult to enter and there was no support bars for a partially handicapped person. I was worried about falling all the time I was having the shower. |

location was excellant , the room and bed where very comfortable. It was a bonus having a balcony as we where on inside. Even though located on Las Ramblas we felt it was extremely quiet and for price and location alone as we have been to a number of hotels in Barcelona this was very competive and we will definately return. |

The location of the hotel could not have been better. I also love it when all the requests I make on a booking are given to me for free (Upgraded street facing room, high floor, nice view etc...) It was a treat for my husbands birthday and we had a great time. Loved the little touches too, electric shutters on the window, individual reading lights & quirky decor! I knew there were no Tea and coffee making facilities but I did miss them. Breakfast was really pricey but your on La Rambla, go to the Boqueria for churros it's only two mins away! |

We were upgraded to a suite. The hotel was okay but we had a room facing Las Ramblas and it was very noisy all night(Friday). |
