the spa was very crowded after 6pm with noisy spanish even though you had to book there was no control over the amount of people, also we paid top price for spa facitiles but they still made us pay on top for desposable footware, swim caps and towels which was a bit cheeky |

Well designed room and bathroom plenty cupboard space. Was definately a 4 star environment. Shops bars and restuarants all within reasonable walking distance although not your typical holiday location. Dissappointed no coffee making facilies in the room. Had some problems with key swipe card, sometimes worked sometimes not. However this was reported to reception. |

We have stayed at this hotel many times and it is a well-run hotel with superb facilities and lovely pool area. The staff are very professional and pleasant. It is in a quiet location but within easy reach of Torrevieja and the coast. The only criticism I would have is it appears they may be letting maintenance standards slip. For example, the pool area had empty cups left on tables and not all the light bulbs worked in the rooms. Hopefully, this will be rectified before our next stay.. |

The room standard (Junior Suite) was well above average. The location was quiet. The pool was well maintained. The parking (across the road from the hotel) and wi-fi was free. The dinners were typically Spanish with little choice - more of a menu del dia style. Although I asked for my credit card to be charged in euros for our stay, this was ignored and I was charged in Sterling at the hotels own (special) rate of exchange! Not the first time this scam has been pulled on me in a Spanish hotel I regret to say. |

Comfort of the lounge area, the snack menu was good and sensibly priced, very nice quiet area, big private car park. Impossible to get a sunchair by the pool as other guests particularly a French family of 12 put towles on the chairs very early in the morning. The chairs were not used until later in the day. The hotel management were not interested and consequently there were many arguments at the pool. Non residents were also allowed to use the pool despite notices put up. This also caused a shortage of sunchairs. |

The relaxing atmosphere and the fact that no one bothered you you could get on with what you wanted to do on your own devisies and if assistance required this was readily provided.The pool facilities were great as was the fact that on this occassion the pool bar was open every day which was a great source for refreshments etc. The room facilities were great, on this visit we were upgraded to a Suit which was fantastic and provided us with all the facilities we needed for our stay. This was our second stay and it definately did not disappoint once again. Will definately return. |

The hotel was very clean & Spacious! I found the staff very rude! I have stayed there twice now, only for buisness reasons and believe me if there was another choice in the area I wouldnt hesitate! Its a shame when the hotel itself is lovely yet they fail to employ friendly staff!!! |

the facilities eg spa did not like the food in the restaurant, and the breakfast was the worst we have had for years, hardly any choice, the scrembled egg was lukewarm and so was the bacon and for a country that growns so many oranges, there was no orange marmalade which most brits want. |

Excellent buffet Petit-déjeuner, parking en face de l'hôtel très pratique, les installations du Spa et l'accueil du personnel du Spa, le confort de la chambre Heure trop tardive du début du petit-déjeuner (8 heures), et, malgré cette heure tardive, les fréquents retards lors de l'ouverture du restaurant pour le petit-déjeuner (attente des clients devant la porte fermée à clefs !) |

Rust en relax, spa is uitstekend , alleen zou de sauna voor gasten wel gratis kunnen zijn ! Ik was er ziek geworden en konden geen dokter bellen! We moesten naar de kliniek rijden????????? 4 * ? zelfs 30 jaar geleden konden we in Spanje een dokter bellen! Een beetje raar en niet klantvriendelijk! |
