La seva cituació immillorables i un bon servei en l'esmorzar, contant que per 45 euros dos persones vam dormir i ezmorzar una nit. L'habitació per dos persones tenia 5 llits. La majoria de matalassos estaven en males condicions, tenia un vidre de la finestra trencat. És un hotel per anar amb els amics, posar-se fins dalt d'alcohol i no pensar on dorms. Si vas en parella i vols una nit normal, sense luxes ni res romàntic, millor buscar un hotel una mica més car o una mica millor. |

The location of the hotel (at the plaza Reial) is very good. Pice is low for the location of the hotel (other hotels in the neighborhood more expensive). Breakfast is simple. No airconditioning in our room (can make it a bit more difficult to sleep). Can be a bit noisy (hotel is on the popular plaza reial). |

Excellent location, just off La Rambla. Easy access to Metro stations. Very helpful staff. Good value all round. I assumed the room would be air-conditioned. Not all rooms in this hotel are, apparently. The gentleman working in reception was kind enough to provide a fan which somewhat cooled the room! |

the only positive thing is about the venue: the hotel is in the heart of the city, making it possible to reach every place and so in an easy way rooms are very small. We have booked a double, but we got a single room with a twin sized bed and it was not possible to change it. The room was very hot, without a/c, and only a very small window looking internal the palace, no air flowing. We booked even a triple room, but it was clearly a double room accomodated to a triple. We paid for a 4star, we get a 2star category |

The location was excellent, centrally located on Placa Reial. Roomwere clean and the free breakfast was good. great value for money the elevator was awful. we had to walk to the 4th floor all the time because the elevator would not come |

The location was wonderful and breakfast included was very nice. Our room was quite adequate. Some staff were not very pleasant and some hotel guest came back very drunk and noisey, but otherwise fine. |

Close to las ramblas street and the cruise ship pier. The breakfast was very good.The restaurant outside the hotel was good too. They arranged a cab for us to the airport. Location was too noisy. We were unable to sleep because we faced the square.There was noise all night long. People yelling till 6:30 am. |

Staff were friendly and helpful and although this hotel is very basic and rooms are dorm like, and noise from Placa Reial never stops, this was a good hotel for our group of 20 girls on a hen weekend. Only the noise - Placa Reial remains full of people until 4am and then at 5am the garbage and delivery trucks arrive right underneath the hotel and it is impossible to remain asleep! |

It was well located beside Las Ramblas, so we did not need a metro pass. The bed was comfortable, and it was quite clean. Breakfast was a sparse continental, but adequate. There was hot water and a decent shower. Towels were changed and bed made up daily. Noisy from outside square all night, and noisy from guests inside, coffee machine didn't work in lobby, they forgot to order our taxi for the airport. When we complained about the teenagers, screaming, running, and slamming doors, they did nothing!!!! No decorating, very sparse and tired. There was only one drinking glass in the room and it was never washed during the 3 days we were there. |

Proximity,to the beach and "Las Ramblas", city, Metro,and variety of resturants. Lack of concern, from Hotel and staff, on reservations, and comfort. After several complaints to the desk, on noise levels of other guests, received no response, except " We will inform them", " Complimentry Breakfast", atrocious! |

This hotel is dirty and onloy fit for backpackers. he room we were given had no windows except one that opened onto a service shaft which was littered with rubbish, it smelt and we could not havew the window open at all. The room smelt was dirty an d the waqll klights did not work, they had out 3 singkle beds in the room (we did not asked for them) ony 2 of us. |
