Location was very good close to the Plaza Mayor. The air con was rubbish. It was 34C during the day and about 25 at night and the air con was extremely weak if working at all. They just made the beds and didn´t wash any glasses or replenish toiletries. |

The hotel is located in the historical centre, very close to everything! Despite of being on the "non-smoking" floor our room smelled a lot of cigarette. There was a bar right next to the hotel which caused a lot of noise in the small hours when people continued the party on the street. The staff at the reception was not very service oriented. A smile would be nice! |

Location of hotel was convenient to Plaza Mayor and other Salamanca sights. Room was adequate with room for 3, but furniture, carpet, and bedding was damaged and stained, making for an unpleasant stay. |

I brought a business package with free wireless internet access, but first I got a room on 5th floor, where there was almost no signal strength. After 2 days (they promised to do if after 1 day) they moved me to first floor. Then the signal strength was ok, but internet speed was awful, and the bedroom was just next to the elevator, so you could hear sliding doors all the time. Add more access points for the wireless internet |

Position to places of interest. Room next to Laundry room which was used at 6.45a.m. each morning.We where on hoilday and did not appriciate being woken at this time. Spoke to reception but no improvement. |

Reception staff were poor in customer relations. Although you would acknowledge them with a greeting, Hola, Buanos Dais etc.. you would be very lucky if they even acknowledged you. In the end I did not even bother to give them a greeting. |

Su situación, muy céntrica; a dos minutos de la plaza mayor pero sin estar en pleno bullicio nocturno. Limpio, cómodo y muy económico. Repetiría. Por decir algo: las escaleras de la entrada. Al no haber rampa y ser tan empinadas, es muy incómodo para subir y bajar las maletas con un poco de peso. |

Me ha gustado que es muy centrico el hotel, que esta al lado de todo, no tienes que coger coche. Pues no me ha gustado, que la señora de la limpieza abriera la habitación estando nosotros dentro a las diez de la mañana un sabado,por lo demas todo muy bien, |

El hotel es muy céntrico y tiene facil acceso desde el exterior de la ciudad. La única cuestión que objetar es que todo el fin de semana han estado los mismos coches aparcados en la puerta, sobre todo un clío azul que no dejaba ni pasar a algún vehículo un poco mayor. Tuvimos que descarcar las maletar desde el parking por que no pudimos pasar el primer día. |
