this hotel is very well located, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was exellent. the room we got smelled like cigarettes. the carpet looked like it was giving the room a musky oder. i sugest asking for a none smoking room. |

Location was amazing. Right across the bullfighting ring. Right on the main road thru the city but really quite. Close walking distance to everything to see in Ronda. Very helpful staff. Rooms clean and spacious. When I needed wi-fi access the staff took me up to the 4th floor office and let me work there for the time I needed. We did ask for a non-smoking room. One of the rooms had carpets and whether it was designated to non-smoking or not, the smell of smoke from the past was there. The other room had a parquet floor and didn't smell at all. |

Excellent location, very relaxing, perfect for a solo traveller or couples.Very clean and prompt housekeeping service. Good breakfast. Booked the hotel as it had a pool but could not find one and no mention of it or any other facilities by staff. Would have liked more information about the hotel facilities in the room. A small criticism, I really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and superb location. |

This small, centrally located, hotel has excellent facilities with modern decor, a comfortable lounge area and offers a good range of services The staff were obliging and there are restaurants and cafes nearby. |

the hotel is comfortable and central. the staff were friendly and spoke English.We asked for a quiet room and got one - facilities in room excellent.Rate excellent for quality of hotel. Buffet breakfast good. Second visit there would stay again. Car parking expensive. Could do with discount rates for guests of hotel. |

Lo mejor del hotel es la situación. El parking era muy malo. Solo era posible meter el coche ara no sacarlo hasta que te vallas. Las habitaciones están muy viejas y el parking que es muy malo y no te permite entrar y sacar el coche por la dificultad |
