Staff were friendly and tried to help with their very limited English The street on which the hotel is located is very noisy until about 3am. |

The location was good. Everything advertised about this hotel is a lie. There was no wi-fi, no free parking, no complimentary breakfast, no cable tv. Hot water was iffy at best. Room was not sound proofed well, you could hear the neighbors. For the same price you could a nice room in a good location in Ronda with proper amenities. |

Staff and owners very friendly and felt very welcome. Room cleaned at appropriate times very close to shops and walking sistance to everything. Did not like the breakfast cafe as the staff there were not very friendly and we had no choice in what we wanted to eat. Felt like we were given second class food and service because we were not spanish. |

Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, they speak mainly Spanish. Good location in the centre of Ronda, everything in walking distance and in a quiet street. I heard a lot of noises going on in the hotel (phone ringing, doors being closed etc.). There was a emergency light in my room that shines a organge light, incl. the night. But it was a fine hotel for me, I would go again. |

Good location, central to all tourist sites, shops, bars and restaurants. Bed was comfortable, Room was very clean. Parking was cheap 6 euros per day. Our room 201, was very cramped, no where to put a suitcase, shower was broken. Difficult to open wardrobe, too close to bed. Parking was cheap but 10-15 mins walk from Hotel. Despite this would still use again, but would ask for a different room |

The rooms were well appointed. The position of the hotel was in a very central position and the need for a car was not necessary during our stay. |

The rooms (2) were clean and comfortable. The showers were heaven!!!! Showers that were hot, hard spary and not hand held. Staff spoke no English at all, but in being in Spain in a lower priced hotel this is the norm |

Dobre położenie do wieczornych spacerów po urokliwym miasteczku. Jak na 2** dobra łazienka, wygodny pokój. Blisko do rynku i cudownego mostu nad wąwozem. Hotel połozony w kamienicy przy jednej z uliczej w centrum, miałem pokój z widokiem na nieciekawy wewnętrzny dziedziniec. Śniadania prawdziwie kontynentalne (grzanka, kawa, dżemik, soczek, masełko), serwowane w restauracji ok 100m od hotelu. |

Me ha encantado el trato del personal, un señor súper agradable y familiar. El hotel es muy céntrico, cercano a lugares donde tapear y salir de marcha, en pleno centro. La habitación era bastante pequeña, aunque la cama era muy cómoda. |
