De moderne, design inrichting van kamer, het ontbijtbuffet wat voor Spaanse begrippen zeer luxe was, de ontbijtruimte in een soort patio en de receptie die zeer hulpvaardig en vriendelijk was |

ligging, sfeervolle kamer Je kunt niet met je auto bij het hotel komen. 's Avonds laat geen warm water. Alleen internetaansluiting, maar geen computer in het hotel...en dat voor een modern hotel 2008.....Hotel had geen charme. Voor de prijs van dit hotel zullen er ongetwijfeld veel andere hotels zijn met charme en meer facaliteiten. |

Good size room, excellent and spacious bathroom with shower. The beds are great. Good breakfast buffet. Excellent situated in the city center, and quiet. Good value for money. |

The room was stylishly appointed and comfortable though some of the furnishings were beginning to show signs they weren't of great quality. The breakfast was fantastic, no hot cooked english style but a great selection of pastries, fruit, cereals, yoghurts, etc. Also the location was very good, a stones throw from shopping, the cathedral, and some fantastic tapas bars. The shower head in the room was broken. I didn't raise this with the hotel as was only there for two days and wasn't much hassle to just hold it though I can see that this might have irritated some guests. |

Great friendly staff ! Comfortable rooms. Breakfast included !! The bath tub had some hair in the drain (not cleaned properly) but they took care of it as soon as we pointed it out. |

Location (central and quiet), room placement and design, excellent rooftop and lounge for guests, helpful staff and the most fresh breakfast buffet during our stay in Spain There was no air condition whatsoever and we both woke up with very dry mouths every night - has never happened in a hotel before. Maybe something to do with newly built materials of the interior decorations? |

Very quiet rooms, even though the hotel is conveniently located in the city center. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was great. The staff was very helpful too. |

Perfect location and great staff. The roof top views from the lounge and balcony were lovely. Staff could not be more helpful and considerate. The buffet breakfast was relaxed and enjoyable. |

This hotel is a good choice. Central location, spacious rooms, nice roof terrace. The breakfast service was a bit below what we expected. Often no staff in breakfast room to replenish buffet or to clean up tables. On first day of our stay the butter was rotten(!). It was immediately replaced by fresh butter after we informed the staff. |

This is a lovely 'boutique' hotel in the heart of Granada. The location is fantastic for shopping, eating out in the local plazas, the cathedral and it's a straightforward walk to the Alhambra and Albaicyn. The rooms are well presented, clean and modern. |

The hotel is central to the city of Granada and good shopping and restaurants and bars are close at hand. Staff are friendly and helpful. No hot drink making facilities in the room. |

being in the centre of granada was perfect for us the street outside was really quiet at night so it did not feel like we were in the centre. the hotel staff were very helpful and spoke good english. there was no coffee making facilities in the room and parking was a bit of a nightmare. |

The hotel staff provided very good services. Before our arrival, they gave us sufficient info. on how to get to their hotel and helped us in booking Alhambra tickets. Upon our arrival, they gave us a lot of instrucutions on transportation and restaraunt. The hotel room was wonderful with nice decoration and comfortable facility. We felt really satisfied with this hotel. |
