Great location, unspoilt original Morisco house, peaceful courtyard, amazing view, friendly staff. The residents' lounge was attractive and would have been useful for business trips, as well as checking personal email or general wet-weather lounging. No bar, but there was a minibar in the room, and while it's nice to pop into the hotel bar for a quick drink, the noise from a residents' bar might have been irritating. So on balance, the lack of a bar was not really a problem. |

Excellent location in the heart of Albayzin. Clean hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was ok. Very little or no noise insulation between room and reception area and other rooms. No views at all. Was expecting a nicer more traditional moorish/andalucian patio as the building is old and located in Albayzin. Not good value for the weekend price we paid. |

Excellent Location. Beautiful hotel. Great staff. There are only very few rooms with a view of the Alhambra, so if the view is a must - be aware and ask in advance. |

The hotel was charming, the staff were friendly and very helpful, and the hotel was very well situated for the Alhambra. Nothing we didn't like, but would have liked a bar in the hotel. |

Great location, just a few blocks away from everything - more quiet than hotels set right on main square; Breakfast included, extra bed for my child included, very nice rooms and contemporary furnishings with Spanish flare. Our room was directly above the main office, so it was a bit noisy. |

The ambience, friendly staff, English newspapers (no charge), location The lift only serves part of the hotel and we were in a 2nd floor room not served by the lift. Less fit or able guests could have difficulty. |

Great location once you found the hotel and checked in. Good breakfast Very inconvenient o park and find the hotel.Hassle to carry bags to inside street. Biggest complaint is that they only reimburse the taxi on the way to the hotel, not back to the parking garage. |

The hotel was absolutely amazing, one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in anywhere in the world. The staff were excellent and couldn't have been more helpful. Nothing - it was perfect! |

We had booked a room with 2 beds and they didn't have that available so they upgraded us to a larger room with one large bed. The room was very large and comfortable and the bathroom was also large and comfortable. The Breakfast was plentiful and they were very good about keeping things full. The hotel was lovely and the location was perfect. They upgraded us but they charged us an extra 20 Euros over my written confirmation. I was rushing to the airport and they didn't make any indication that they would change it so I had to let it go in order to make my plane. |

la situation excellente,un peu difficile à trouver mais rue calme alors que la ville est bruyante.facilité d'accès à l'alhambra.lieu reposant avec tous les restaurants à moins de 5 minutes. un petit déjeuner servi un peu tard (8h)pour les visites qui commencent à8h30 et un peu léger. |

Está cerca de todo aunque hay un inconveniente: los taxis no pueden entrar en la calle y hay que arrastrar la maleta unos cuantos metros, los primeros bastante cuesta arriba. Cuando vas con gente mayor es un problema. Al no haber servicio nadie te echa una mano con el equipaje y hay que subir unas escaleras hasta el ascensor. El precio, ya que pagué una habitación ejecutiva, es desproporcionado. para las facilidades que tienes . Por el mismo coste, he estado en otras ciudades en hoteles mucho mejores y con gente muy profesional en la recepción. |
